Ordered a Chicken sandwich and Popcorn shrimp. I asked for fresh food and I got the total opposite. Old stale fries, old dry... chicken sandwich, and the biscuit was dryer than the Sahara desert. Now I asked the shift manager was the food fresh and shelooked me dead in the eye and lied and said yes. Popeyes has always been a favorite and being from Louisiana one would think thequality of the food from state to state wouldn't drop off this far. This is by far the worst Popeyes I've been too. The staff don?t pay attention to online orders. Ordered my food 1 hour in advance on line and when I got there they didn?t have... my order done. Things are online that are not available in the store. The app is not very convenient. I ask the staff where Icould find where I could get a refund but they didn?t know themself. They just said they?re going to leave a note for themanager bc they couldn?t give me all of my food???????. I payed in full online now I can?t get it back.
