Horrible customer service! I ordered an impossible king with no pickles, no mustard and onion rings instead of fries. I... immediately noticed they gave me fries so I asked them to fix it and they did. I pulled out of the drive thru and checked mysandwich. It was a regular (meat) patty with mustard and pickles wrapped in white paper. I pulled around and politely tried toexplain to the lady at the drive thru but she walked off before I could finish and sent a man. He came to the window and said"what's the problem?" I said, I ordered an impossible king with no pickles and no mustard and this is what I got. He said "ok?"I said, this isn't what I ordered...by this time 2 other people came from the back and he told them to make another one, then hewalked off. I then said excuse me to get his attention and asked was he the manager. He said, "I'm one of them." I asked, am Iinconveniencing you guys because I haven't been rude to anyone, you guys messed my food up and I'm just trying to get what Ipaid for? I said you're treating me like you're irritated because I want my food to be right. He apologized and I said ok.Another worker brought my sandwich and when I opened it, it was soaked with ketchup (more ketchup than burger). At this point Ilaughed and said you can keep this, I want my money back! I put the open sandwich on the drive thru counter so the manager couldsee. I said this is ridiculous and you guys are very rude! You slopped together a microwaved sandwich drenched in ketchupbecause I wanted it to be right!? He said, "I didn't make the sandwich ma'am." The shift manager then started yelling about whatI said as she walked to the back. A female manager came and I tried to explain the situation to her and she instead said I wasrude to one of her workers and threw a sandwich at them. This establishment is located on Fort Eustis- not open to the general public. This place wasn?t so great; food was dull and... tastless. Everything tasted the same as everything else. Not worth a visit, as the food is no different from any other fast foodburger place- they all taste pretty much the same. You would do better making your own burger and fries at home.????. Read more

Food and service was good. But as of 2 Dec 2022 something has gone wrong all vehicle going thru drive thru had to come around... front to get their orders, was the store not having items cooked, I waited on fries the was rushed and not thoroughly cooked,asked for extra tomatoes on my whopper and got no tomatoes, had to go inside to have it fixed, something is broken and needsfixing.
