I ordered from Pizza Pizza and the delivery guy was late and refused to give me my order for FREE after I got the conformation... email that clearly state 40 minutes or FREE, I told the Delivery man that I don't wanna pay if I can get it for free and he toldme if I wasn't going to pay then I won't be receiving my order, I even showed him the email and then the time and he stillrefused, I ended up paying and after I saw that my Pizza was burnt! Very bad experience at this location. Staff seemed lazy and do not want to help. They will come up with all kind of excuses if... you request extra cheese on a slice of pizza, even if you are paying for it. I would drive to Niagara falls every time I amcraving pizza pizza than visit this location. Read more
This location in particular is really bad. The pizza wasn?t cooked well at the bottom and there was barely any sauce and cheese... on the pizza. Picture for reference. We only ordered from here because of the 50% off deal the company Pizza Pizza was having.I highly recommend ordering from a local pizza place in Fort Erie. (Ex: Zia?s pizzeria and Papa?s Pizza are amazing) Also I canconfirm some of the 5 star reviews here are fake and from their relatives/workers. Especially the ones with pictures of thestore. Read more
