I've never had an issue with an order. Staff is always efficient and friendly! I prefer the pizza well done.

It's good when cooked properly. There has been multiple times at the Fort Erie location where I have been given raw dough. I... ordered a large stuffed crust pizza and the crust wasn't fully cooked and there was raw dough within the crust. I also had thishappen when getting the stuffed crazy bread, where the inside of it still had raw dough. Likely won't buy from here because ofit. Read more

Ordered cinnamon bites on the app and half hour later went to the store and they forgot about my order. They made me wait an... extra 5 minutes (it wasn?t busy) and I got it and it was undercooked and half the size of what it usually was. Read more

Disgusted. I ordered my pizzas online. I was I front of the store when I ordered it. (Covid less contact is why I ordered online... instead of going in) anyways after I placed my order I watched his staff one went on a smoke break the other played on herphone. My order must have come through and I watched the young lady put her phone away and start making my order. She did notwash her hands. Second girl came in from her smoke break. Took off her jacket and started helping. She didn?t wash her handseither. Needless to say I didn?t pick up the order. And I?m now asking corporate for a refund as the manager refused. And yes Iknow they didn?t wash their hands because when the one girl was finished making my pizzas she must have had something on herhands cause I watched her wash her hands then. Read more
