When we went into the building a female employee asked if it was just me. I said it was my husband and I. She didn't give me the... chance to say that he wasn't eating and gave me a charge of $35 for 2 buffets. Being the nice person I am... I wasn't going toargue and just paid. My husband went up to get his portion of the money back and another female employee was extremely rude tohim about it. The other employee walked over and started being rude as well. There were only 2 partial pizzas on the buffettable. The pizzas had clearly been sitting there for awhile. I got one with bbq sauce and the crust was pretty tough already.Definitely won't be eating here again. Read more
Excellent chicken with a nice salad bar. Not my choice of pizza, but it's okay. No one in this country does pizza like... Chicago! Would come again! Read more
Good overall experience and first time getting soup and chocolate ice cream as well as a few other options compared to the... Council Bluffs, IA location I frequent. One bummer tho was the constant vacuuming all around me. The thought of finequestionable particulates blasting nonstop from a noisy vacuum while you attempt a peaceful dinner pressures me to lower myrating, but I resist thanks to the quality of food. Yea I was towards closing time 2000 or so, but maybe close your doorssooner so you have time to vacuum if ya gotta molest us with a vacuum? Could you imagine a Thanksgiving or special dinner andsomeone vacuuming not too far from you while you're trying to carry on a pleasant conversation? Maybe your imagination workslol, but would you actually enjoy that experience? I hope to be back! Will edit someday! Read more
Visiting Fort Dodge for a college visit for my son and stopped at Pizza Ranch before driving back home. We had been to two... other pizza ranch's on the trip and this one had the best food. Their pepperoni pizza had three different kinds of pepperoniand it reminded me how pizza tasted when I was growing up in the 80s. Somehow pepperoni lost it's flavor in most places, butthis pizza ranch took me back! Also, the manager was very attentive in making sure we had three pizzas we wanted. The saladbar and hot food bar also had great selections. Pizza Ranch is a great place - this one topped all others with their food! Highly recommend! Read more
First time here. Food good. Great staff. Very friendly. Truly a way to enjoy lunch.

Booked the party room and they apparently didn't have the time written down correctly. The first few people in our group were... treated rudely by the staff while they were waiting. The only way we figured out the time mix-up was when their staff keptgiving us time updates about when the next group was expected. This rushed the last part of the 5 year old birthday party andwe didn't have time to visit with our guests who all live out of town. When we spoke to management about it they only respondedwith sorry and they need to do a better job of training their employees. Nothing else after our group purchased at least 15buffets and prepaid a decent tip for a buffet restaurant. Needless to say, we won't be booking any birthday parties at thatlocation anytime soon!
