I ate the Mineral City burger with a side of penne pasta and Alfredo sauce. The burger was okay. Nothing too special. Service... was decent. I think the best thing going for them was the atmosphere. I dined with friends who had an overall poor experience. One got severe food poisoning after eating a steak and the other had a flavorless steak pasta with very watery sauce andalmost no steak. Would not necessarily recommend eating here unless you're planning to order a burger or sandwich of some kind. Read more
Delicious Italian food at a good price! Great atmosphere.
The pasta surpassed my expectations! I had the shrimp fettuccine and it was delicious. It had mushrooms and broccoli in it also.... My fiancé got the Cajun chicken pasta needless to say it was perfect! ok the spicy side if your into that. I had wine and hehad beer. Decent prices on alcohol. Our server Lexi was delightful and made our experience that much better. They also offer apunch card for each lunch u have and on the 5th punch your next one is free ! Read more
Beware of this place .Good looking restaurant. Bad tasting food. My husband ordered a ribeye steak and didn't like it. Took 2... bites and didn't touch it again no A1 cause could help it, it just didnt have any seasoning on it especially for paying nearly30$ for his meal. The chicken didn't have much flavor. No sweet tea, not to mention the tea had a rancid taste. They offeredsugar to add to the tea but not good. They said they dont make blooming onion and no fried pickles anymore. Very disappointedbecause that was one of the reasons that lead us to come here. Asked for a molten lava cake for Togo and they gave me a frozencake with a bit of ice cream in a to go container. Had to wait a few minutes to be greeted and seated. No big deal on that because we were early diners. Server took our drink and... appetizer order promptly. The Italian Nachos were great. The Asiago Bake and Spaghetti were very good. Not so good was the factour Server went missing and we waited for about 20 minutes before flagging down a different Server who went to look. From therepeople we'd never seen before took care of us. Food was good, Service was lacking. That being said, we would return if in thearea again. Read more
We landed in Fort Dodge for the night. We were so happy to have found this terrific gem of a restaurant that was open on a... Monday. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Fullbar service as well. Read more
