They need a new microphone outside. The speakers extremely loud you can't even almost hear the worker. Plus when I went to order... the worker told me to please wait which is fine but then I waited 6 minutes and then finally said is anybody there and then myorder was taken. Took forever to get my food. The only plus side is my food was good and fresh. Read more

This is the third and last time we will go to Culver's. It's too bad too because it's my husband's favorite restaurant and he... was looking forward to it when we moved here. The first time I asked for no onions on the sandwich and it came with onions, thesecond time they forgot my burger completely, and this time I requested no onions and it is clearly on the grill ticket, noonions and they are on on there baked into the cheese. The food was great, especially the cheese curds. TRY THEM! The gentlemen taking our order didn't really seem to care if we got... taken care of or not. We all have our off days, but he just didn't care at all. Before I could finish telling him that I neededsomething else on our order he was just cutting me off, and would be like ok your total is......this much, I kept needing to addsince we were a family of five, so that was super frustrating!! My fiancé and I went inside to have Culver?s today! We live close by and we come here all the time. Usually, we have great... experiences here? but today.. I don?t know what was going on. The male taking our order wouldn?t pay attention to us half thetime as we are trying to order. He would laugh at his friends in the middle of us ordering. Then because he laughed when an icebucket fell he said , ?oh that was funny, but I?m going to hell for that.? Please pay attention to your customers and not yourfriends.. then seconds later 2 guys in the back were getting into each other?s faces about to get into a fight. One was a youngboy, and the other a grown, older man. Later, my fiancé and I sit down, and wait for our food, and the older man that wasgetting in another man?s face, was doing his job. We noticed he took pride in his job. He was cleaning tables, cleaning thefloor. The fighting and the man who worked the cash register was just very inappropriate. For a work environment. Burgers are a bit greasy but it's fast food. Other than that the food is very good. The customer service here is outstanding.... The restaurant is very clean, could use more atmosphere. The deserts are second to none. Read more
