Extremely slow drive-thru; 10 minutes 2 cars. There were at least 20 cars wrapped around into the parking lot. I left and went... to Browns Mills. I walked out with a $45 order in less than 10 minutes after a couple minute drive from base to off-base. Theyonly had 4 people working in Browns Mills. It is one thing to be under staffed, but another to be so slow at a FAST FOOD placewhere it's 5 minutes a car or more. Read more
Good breakfast, but their hours keep changing. They are closed on Sundays, even though Google Maps says it?s open.
Line was so slow I had to leave and go to another fast-food. The customer at the front of the line was all alone while the... cashier got food for a bunch of people that had ordered and were waiting. I waited between 5 and 7 minutes but the line did notmove at all and I was about 8th in line. Looks like the drive through were getting faster service, more priority. Read more
Awful service every single day. I came at 4:50 pm tonight expecting to beat the dinner crowd. I arrived and there were only two... cars ahead of me, yet it took me seven minutes to even get to the window. Upon arriving at the window, I paid and then was toldthat they have no chicken sandwiches cooked, so I had to wait for them to cook fresh ones. I was then asked to wait in theparking lot. Update: I?ve been sitting in the parking lot for 8 minutes. Still no food. 16 minutes. Still no chickensandwich. Update: received my food at 5:09. 19 minutes. Got a hot crispy chicken sandwich...prepared incorrectly. Theyapparently ran out of lettuce and forgot to tell me. Management clearly doesn?t manage or supervise their people. Pretty much a simple and basic Burger King. The facilities do get a little dirty unfortunately due to some of the soldiers who... have no self respect to include the civilians that don't care and make a mess as well. The only other problem is during thelunch hour they get incredibly busy and service gets slow. The staff is very respectful however and always do apologize for whenthis happens. They do care very much about serving us and making us happy. Read more
Good morning. I have been to this Burger King many times within the year that I have been here. Today was the worst. When I... entered, there was no one to greet me. After ordering, my wife noticed a $2 charge on our receipt, the cashier cannot tell uswhat the change is for. The sandwich my wife ordered was not done properly. While at the counter, a patrons food was sitting onthe counter and no one called him to get it. My wife had to call the patron over. Maybe this is just a bad day for them. I hopeit gets better. This was a Whopper Jr. That I ordered. Too bad I drove off and found out miles away. Never again!
