Omg! So happy to figure out this great sandwich shop is no longer in Old Town and much faster and easier to get to (near... mid-town). Husband ordered a Cuban and loved it and I had a Pilgrim which tasted just like Thanksgiving! Excellent qualityingredients and so many great sandwiches to choose from. Really good sandwich! I had the Summit, which was a ham and brie with bacon and a nice sauce on a baguette. Very tasty! Counter... staff was really friendly, and ambience was very laid back. Fun to sit at the window counter and watch the world go by. Read more

The beet crunch salad was excellent. That made for a great, super-healthy, nutrient-dense meal which was a very welcoming change... after being on the road for several days and having bad luck in other towns. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Read more
I can't say enough good things about Yampa. I was planning a work event, and my caterer cancelled on me the morning of. I called... Yampa to see if they would be able to do a catering order for 40 in two hours, and there was no hesitation! Kenny (at the SouthCollege location) helped me get everything ordered, made sure I received what I needed in time, and made sure our event wasstill a success. Everyone loved their sandwiches!!! I've never tried this place before until today. They had exactly what I was craving. I got their egg BLT! It was super good and... fresh! I was surprised how crunchy the lettuce was and how red the tomatoes were. Nice and attentive staff too. I willdefinitely be returning. Read more
I used to avoid Yampa because I got a midrange sandwich for waaay too much money. Now that everyone else has raised their... prices, I figured it's worth a shot. After watching the excellent "The Bear," I was on a mission to find a good Italian beef.There are only a couple places in FTC that offer one, so I figured why not? Pluses: the bread was top notch, and the au jus isspicy and flavorful. Minuses: there were just a couple little slices of roast beef, not even edge-to-edge across the bread. Do agoogle image search for "Italian Beef" and you will see some absolutely mouthwatering sandwich - this was not the same thing.Overall, flavorful but a disappointing experience. Read more
