I honestly used to enjoy Wendy's somewhat often. Whatever quality control may have been previously put in place is entirely gone... now it seems. Last few stops here have been simply an inexcusable comedy of errors. Wrong orders, missing items, blaming thecustomers for their failures, and stone cold food. The lack of any concern for these factors is also obvious. Ask to becontacted about an issue - they will not (waited over a month myself). Call customer service instead? Good luck. Last time ittook me over an hour and a half on hold. Shameful plunge into zero quality control. Don't bother to offer me any compensation -I will not be back. I wouldn't eat stone cold food even if it was offered for free. Read more

The person doing the drive through is very RUDE! He won?t ask you again if he doesn?t hear your order clearly, instead he would... say you are talking a different language. It?s really uncomfortable for a foreigner! Read more
Placed and paid for mobile order for 3 baked potatoes plus other items and only received one. Called and spoke with Lead/Manager... who insisted that I only paid for one baked potato. Drove over 3 miles back to store, she never looked at my iPhone and keptwaving her hands and holding a receipt supposedly showing the order was only for one baked potato. When I asked her name, shegot belligerent and started using the F word while waving her hands around. Two other employees were watching this and oneapologized for her conduct and said that mobile order from their app always has problems. This young woman has no businessbeing in the fast food business and that too a manager or lead. She should not be talking to customers as if they are liars andthieves. I guess with the shortage of people to hire, Wendys has decided they will put up with employees who possess badcustomer service skills. Wendy?s is going to lose a 40+ years customer unless they take strong action against this employee andconvince me that they do not condone this type of behavior. PLEASE READ. I know micro plastics are in a lot of food nowadays but I found actual large pieces of plastic THAT WERE COOKED... with my fries? very concerning. Don?t think I?ll be eating Wendy?s again. Especially from this location Read more
Always consistent and fresh, never a dry burger like you'd get at some places. Not sure why they've got bad reviews but I go... there way too often and get great service. My one complaint would be they never give you a straw for your frosty unless you ask. Read more
Today, I experienced an extraordinary meal from an unexpected source. To say that the item and it's venue have challenged by... preconceptions of fast food is an understatement. It flipped my day around. Not every fast food location can make great fries,but great fries can come from any location. Fort Collins isn't exactly known for great food service and preparation. You can seethat in the numerous fast food spots with many 1-star ratings. But this Wendy's is not a part of those. The three employees Iinteracted with in the drive-thru were all exceptional. The "Have a great day" at the end felt the most genuine and authentic Ihave heard from any fast food establishment. I only ordered medium fries, but those fries, each and every single one of them,were the freshest fries I have ever had. This location, this team, is deserving of praise, they went above and beyond. The frieswere so fresh it made me question if they ever have a fry warmer in there. 12/10. Read more
I came here and went inside to order. The guy who took my order asked if I wanted it for here or to go and I said to go and when... he brought my food out it was laying on a tray and I asked for bags to move it into. Then he gave me the front drink. Read more
