Terrible customer service. I had a tropical smoothie gift card that had a balance of $25 and when I tried to use it they said it... doesn?t work. I showed them on the gift card balance online showing the balance and they did nothing. That?s called a robberywhen you sell me a gift card that doesn?t work. Read more
I ordered their turkey bacon ranch sandwich and received the brownest oldest lettuce I've ever seen on a sandwich. And instead... of slices of tomato I got a half of an end piece of a tomato. Just one half. There is no cheese. It was a sloppy mess.Definitely never going to spend $10 on a sandwich or wrap here again. FYI: I already read many other negative reviews beforegiving mine and proceeded to the website the responder has given to others to provide the same there. Crickets. Read more

The manager made my girlfriend cry because she was being so rude. She was a dollar short for her order (didn't anticipate 2... smoothies being twenty dollars) and the manager came over and berated her about "wasting their time" when I confronted her abouther bad attitude she rolled her eyes at me. Gonna say this first. If I could write this review and not have to give it a star I would! Saw this place advertised on a... commercial on the food network. So I thought I would take my family here to try it out for the first time and It was my wife'sbirthday. On 8/21 around 5-6pm. Walk in decent looking not busy at all. Me my wife and 3 kids one a 3 year old ok. Wife isordering her food as 3 year old plays with service bell not crazy though just rings it here and there. Didn't see the problemwith it. The young man taking order is smiling at him very nice young man no problem with hi! And then! Two female workers aretalking about my son as if I couldn't hear them saying he better stop its annoying. Better stop or what are u gonna do! So me Iwould normally say something and make them feel like garbage but I decided to just tell my family that we are leaving. I don'tappreciate little girls talking the way they did about my family. I really wish we could have tried this place out looked good.But o well that's what happens when teenagers are working a job. To be honest, I love this place most of the time. Their food is good and I like the smoothies. So I guess I just need to say... this review is honestly about just one thing...the kale slaw. When I got the kale slaw, I wasn't paying attention and bit into ahuge piece of kale stem. I looked closer and found many kale stems in the slaw. Kale stems, when raw, are very very bitter andawful to eat. I realize this recipe/issue might not be the fault of this particular location but I just thought I would mentionit because it absolutely ruined the rest of my food due to the lingering bitter taste.
