Not what we expected at all! The broil was served on a plate not in a bag like we thought, my husband said the taste was good... but the serving size was very small. The chicken and sausage gumbo was served in a huge bowl and tasted like canned soup. Theserver was super nice but the others we not friendly at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YHIS PLACE AT ALL! Read more

A terrible experience! Only 1 of our party of 4 enjoyed their dinner. My jambalaya was mushy and tasteless. Our waitress... provided good service, but she was very embarrassed by the slow kitchen. We waited an hour for our food. In the future, ifyour wait staff knows that the food preparation is taking too long, encourage them to offer a free round of drinks or a discounton the dinner. We really liked this place and will definitely go again. Very good service and food. Alligator Bites were ok ~ not heaps of... flavor, but I suppose that depends on the amount of seasoning in the breading. Dipping sauce was yummy. We each had a sandwichand fries. Everything was good! Read more

Unfortunately, The Lost Cajun was not as I expected. We started off with the Gator Bites & fried pickles no complaints there. We... ordered the Jambalaya, blackened fish stirfry, & small seafood boil. (Not the season for crawfish so those aren?t available) therice had very little flavor but the fish & crab were very flavorful so it hardly balanced it out. The seafood boil was cold andbecause of that the shrimp was hard to peel. We had the beignet and it was delicious!!our server was really nice & thats whatmade me change this review to 4 stars.
