Overall experience was great! We loved the nice and friendly environment! They offer salsa from a salsa bar which is a cool... concept however, 4/5 salsas were hot AF! (I couldn?t even eat them) The guac was definitely fresh and delicious. The queso wasalso good, but on the runny side. I had the chicken enchiladas and my husband had several tacos! I personally thought the tacoswere better than my enchilada so I?ll be ordering those next! Will definitely be back soon! Read more

The main course food was good and is what mainly supports the 2 stars. The chips, though, were made in the morning, or from a... restaurant bag. The service was marginal. Nothing to stir the sugar (that was requested) for the iced tea. No straw. No napkins,place settings until served. Then a requested vegetarian dish came with ground beef. Nice. Two flies seemed to enjoy our tablemore than we did of the restaurant. Yeah, I can see why it's got some good ratings because of the food. Maybe they ate outside. Read more

Legitimately our new favorite place in the area! Food was fast and absolutely delicious. The french fries were exceptional. The... salsa bar has good options and the beans and rice are great. The service was lovely and attentive. Staff was all kind andfriendly. Definitely recommend the chimichanga and will be going back soon! **Update that I went back recently and it STILL hitsright. Being the foodie that I am, I'm always looking for great new restaurants to try. Los Comales did not disappoint! Although the... menu was a little smaller than I would have liked, I was pleasantly surprised to find authentic Mexican food in FortCollins...not the Americanized junk you usually get. I had the pescado and it was delicious the sauce has a serrano base so itwas spicy just the way I like it but very flavorful. I even liked the mushrooms and I usually hate mushrooms! Staff was great,restaurant was clean, and the food was reasonably priced. I'll definitely be coming back and telling others about Los Comales!Next time I'll have to try the menudo and margaritas!
