Reviews for Taco Bell in Fort Collins, CO
Now this review really wore me out because it's a love hate with these people that have become way to money hungry but forgot... where they came from in my opinion. Sizes are smaller but more expensive,. And when asked if they could please make a stuffedburrito and to charge me WHATEVER and they say we can't... I was like what do you mean you can't? I just offered to payWHATEVER you choose to change me.... To me ALL TACO BELLS NEED TO REMEMBER WHERE THEY CAME FROM.. OR A hiring better peopleout for that matter better workers.... Just sayin.... Y'all need to get your act together. I used to love coming to this location because you never use to mess up my order and... everything was always cooked perfectly but in the last 2 weeks all of my orders have been completly wrong including today'sorder and I ordered $70 worth of food today and I only received one burrito and a taco and neither of those were on my order soI'm really upset by this. All the Taco bells in Fort Collins are going under. The owners don't pay their hardworking staff a fair wage. Always closed down... to either short staffed or bad food being made. I know I'm not alone in this and the owners should be ashamed of themselves. Treat your employees better, so they turn around and treat the guests better and serve quality food. Read more
Food is fine - nothing to write home about, but far from the worst Taco Bell experience I've had - but this is where the... positives end. Kitchen staff are too busy arguing about orders, singing loudly, cursing at each other, and making grosslyinappropriate adult jokes to take orders, resulting in excessive wait times in the lobby and a drive through line stretchingaround the building. At one point somebody - presumably the manager - yelled at them to take orders in the lobby, which resultedin a fight that saw one employee walk out of the building. This is the single most dysfunctional restaurant I have seen, and thesingle most uncomfortable dining experience I have had. I can not recommend this location. Read more
NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!! These lazy workers didn?t even wrap our tacos completely, so veggies were falling out all into the... bag. The worse part is the didn?t give us any meat in our tacos. We got home and found nothing but veggies in our tacos. I hopethey fire the crew they have there tonight. Read more

This used to be my go to location. The other ones in town were always terrible service. It seems this one is joining the others... in the terrible service category. I came at 1pm, so I expect the lunch rush. What I don't expect is sitting in an 11 car line inthe drive thru for 16 minutes before I leave to go inside (yes, 13 minutes and I still hadn't even reached the drive thru lane)because the line didn't move an inch. Basically, one car would proceed to the window, and the next car would wait at the speakerfor at least 5 minutes before anyone would take an order. It was excruciating. So I went inside. Lol they have added two selfordering computers in the lobby. So no one at the counter takes your order anymore. It was great to stand behind some elderlypeople who could not operate the system for 6 minutes until an employee had to come help them. Very efficient new system. Realtime saver. I finally get my one item ordered. I order sour cream and guacamole on a Mexican pizza. Those additions are $1.00 apiece. I get the pizza and open it. The amount of sour cream in there is laughable. It's not even enough to spread on eachpiece. So I ask for a side of sour cream in a cup because I'm not paying $1.00 for half a teaspoon of product. The guy argueswith me saying there is already sour cream on it. I open the box laughing and ask him if he thinks that's worth $1? He gives methe cup of sour cream but he's not happy about it. What a joke. I leave and there's still a drive thru line around the buildingthat isn't moving. I used to love this location. What a bummer. Maybe the owner needs to consider paying his employees a livingwage so people will actually come to work. Read more
