Mannnnnnn this was rough. As a Fort Collins native I know none of our Taco Bell?s are good and this one has a dubious reputation... at BEST, but close is close? my mistake. Spent over 20 min in the line with 4 cars ahead of me, even pulled out to see ifraising canes had a better line, but alas wound up back at Taco Bell. Got a Crunchwrap with the heat distribution of a hotpocket and cinnamon crisps fried to the texture of chicharrones. Despite that, there is kind and understanding staff, and alovely building for a Taco Bell. Ownership and management needs to up their quality of service and training, not just survive ondisappointed one-time customers to pay their bills. Read more

Couldn't even order because the restaurant was so understaffed. Drive thru line was super long and we didn't want to burden the... 2 employees who were clearly frazzled. Pay people enough to properly staff your restaurant or call it quits. Read more

Absolute garbage. I understand being busy and things taking a while but they need trained. They had dashers sitting for over an... hour while pushing out tickets the were placed atleast 30ins after the orders the dasher were waiting on were placed. Nevershould anyone wait more then an additional ten mins for a FAST FOOD order. Never had a sit down with ticket times that long. Read more

All the Taco bells in Fort Collins are going under. The owners don't pay their hardworking staff a fair wage. Always closed down... to either short staffed or bad food being made. I know I'm not alone in this and the owners should be ashamed of themselves.Treat your employees better, so they turn around and treat the guests better and serve quality food. Read more

Wow is all I can say. Pulled up to the drive through waited 5 min before they decided to answer us, would have left but there... was a car behind us. Had to repeat our order 4 times " a #3 and a crunch wrap" then got to the window and waited another 15 minbefore we got our food. And this is what 20 min in line was all worth... Read more

Ordered one quesorito it was made incorrectly ( didn?t toast it either) so I asked them to remake it. They remade it barely... toasted it and it was exploded in the wrapper. The way the drive through employee told me they made it right the first time mademe not want to go back to get a refund. Just very disappointed. Read more

I gave 3 stars for the location and it being convenient which is important to me. However taco bell has seriously gone down in... service and quality as an overall company. Removing good items from menu and making the burritos way smaller but cost more wasa poor call on their part as a whole company. Read more

Yep I lost the coin toss this time! That's for sure. Well... unless you're one of those few, strange folk, who actually... prefer soft "crunchy tacos" for some unexplainable reason!? Did ya hear me? Wasn't even given the courtesy of a regularincorrect order of "soft tacos"... I was given a whole new item, the now Infamous "SOFT - Crunchy Taco". And not just one. Ohno! I was generously given 5.. But of course, I paid for 7 of em! So yeah, thank you so much for that, my brother and ITHOROUGHLY ENJOY eating soggy dog food, that we wouldn't even give my dog! Read more
