The two workers at this location at 1:10pm gave me the BEST service I've ever gotten at a subway, and usually the service I get... is just awful. Walked out to my vehicle with this, sandwich is all but destroyed. Bread was mutilated before being crammed into this bag. Very... displeased. Avoid at all costs, would rather drive across town to get a sandwich I could at least hold to eat. Would give zerostars if that was an option Read more
I called the location on Elizabeth to place an order, they were open but had shut down online orders for the night anyways. The... gentleman that answered was outright displeased to be talking to me, was of no help whatsoever. I asked if there was a fullyloaded sandwich option and he just said `not really' and wasn't interested in telling me anything at all about availableoptions. He didn't even want to take my order and let me know that the location that used to exist near me was closed for overover year. I told him I didn't really care as this was a pick up order and I called his specific location and verified that Iknew exactly where it was. I will not give this store my business again. Read more
The Subway company in general to me is three stars, but this particular location is worth four. I used to work in the area and... ate lunch there frequently. The employees were really kind, friendly, would ask me how my day/week was going. The ingredientsare pretty fresh, and while the location obviously stays busy, I've never ran into a line I couldn't wait in. They usually havefresh-baked cookies and they don't seem to run out of any ingredients. Read more
Honestly, the wait time was bad. But it was Sunday morning, and the woman, who was completely by herself, worked as quickly as... she could with a cheerful and apologetic attitude of serving the customers. I would say whoever manages this Subway needs toplan better. However, I am sure COVID has affected number of employees. Read more
As a dasher I will never pick up from here again!! The team members threw away the online order by mistake which I understand.... But the fact they made me wait an additional 20 minutes past the order delivery time was unacceptable!! I was not offered asingle thing while I wait. I am on a strict time as a dasher, and they did not represent your company in the correct light.Disappointing. Read more
