Multiple things went wrong. First, register lady got my name wrong. Next, she must have incorrectly heard me say my food order... because I received egg bites and not a wrap. Next, my name was called, and then, I was told oh I was hoping you didn't hear thatbecause your food isn't ready. Which thankfully I did, otherwise my drink would have sat there for another 15 min and be coldbecause that is how long it took to get my food. Just to find out the food was the wrong order. Terrible. Staff is great at showing priority to favored regulars that they know by name. If not you watch regulars come in after you get... their order first as the staff ignores you. Read more

This has often been the friendliest Starbucks in Fort Collins and I believe the oldest location. I've been hooked on heavy cream... lattes and the frother in the wonderful machines Starbucks use is amazing at delivering a beautiful heavy cream latte. Thankseveryone! See other reviews of Starbucks. Almost the same everywhere. You can trust to get the same coffee no matter which one you use.... Just service and quality is the difference. So find the one you like and go to it. Of course is expensive as everything is inour days. Read more

I frequently visit this Starbucks and have for years. My experience today was overwhelming as the new person behind the counter... was persistently attempting to upsell my 5 year old daughter and came from behind the counter to talk to us unprompted. The lastfew visits an older lady has also been oftentimes confused and condescending. I have been a Starbucks customer since 17 and evena team member for near a decade through college and after. I don?t need a breakdown of what I?m ordering or an argument. Isimply want to order my coffee and move on with my day. Update: The store manager and a shift saw this review and followed upwith me offering an apology and several gift cards. They recognized me when I came back in and told me that they are handlingthe situation by providing extra training to the barista on Starbucks policies. This was customer service at it?s best and showsthat they also care about their barista?s enough to work with them on what is appropriate and what is not. Read more

Nice Starbucks, Independent shop, with seating area, and a display counter with coffee and some souvenirs. The sell sandwich?s... , chocolates and cakes. They don?t have a lot of variety of coffee l to try. I was disappointed because all their flavouredcoffees come in beans not grounded. The lady offered to blend it for me. I asked if can I taste one particular coffee if payfor it?She said I have to pay for the whole bag plus pay for the cup of coffee equal lots of money I said what happened if Idon?t like it?. Strange that Starbucks make you buy the entire bag of coffee to taste it. Starbucks is a multimillion coffeechain. I end buying a Frappuccino?
