This Staff was absolutely the rudest thing have ever experienced!!! The Girl working might as well told my friend and I to ?Shut... up? there where two other people in the place and for some reason she felt the need to be a rude b*#%h usually the staff isgreat not only was she rude her and the other guy working they where really unpleasant well ordering and during our visit. Iwill never visit this location again! I can?t believe how low Starbucks has lowered the bar. Customer service used to be apriority and obviously it doesn?t matter to this location anymore!!! I was so impressed by the customer service and friendly faces. While I was waiting for my drink, an elderly lady holding two... canes walked in and almost in harmony everyone said ?hi Ms Joyce!? A younger gentleman came from around the corner and gave hera hug, asked her how she was feeling, and then that they should set up a time to get a coffee together. This is the kind ofkindness, bonding with the community and customer service that the world needs right now. I hope you are ev valuing theseemployees at the Starbucks on Drake and Shield, they are excellent! The two lovely barista?s working today around 4:20 PM were absolutely delightful. I was asking about a toasted vanilla oatmilk... latte and the barista helped me out and described it to me and then gave me some to try and it was delicious! I love starbucks cafe mocha And due to Christmas it come in this beautiful cup..it looks so good ????
This is the third and final time they screw up my order. I do not understand how they can mix up a T with a V, but I will give... you a hint they keep messing up the size of my drink order. I also order it lite ice, but the past few times the glass has beenfilled three quarts of the way with ice. That doesn't seem to be lite ice to me. Read more
