I?m a door dasher, and I had a pick up the evening of Oct. 12th, 2022, at around 5:30. I had another delivery sitting in my car... from the Cheeba Hut next door. I walked in and was promptly greeted by an African American man, and told him I have a delivery.He said ?we will have that ready in a few minutes.? 23 mins go by and I?m still waiting for the food! I was never told how muchlonger, I got ignored and never looked at by either of the front end people, other deliveries where coming and going? I canceledthe delivery, messaged the gentleman about his food taking way to long and apologized, and literally left without saying a word!Before I left, the African American man started to get heated at the line cooks for not having tater tot?s ready. Done giving this place multiple chances. Three times in a row I had over a 30 minute wait and one of them took an hour. All... three times ended up with cold food. Never even an apology. Don't waste your time or money here. It was great years ago but wentdown hill fast. Read more
VERY good. There was a 30 minute wait for my order, but they were transparent about it up front which is what a lot of... restaurants lack the ability to do. So even though the long wait, I keep it at a perfect score. Fries were amazing, burger wasa great size, price was reasonable(around $16 for a full combo) Quiet restaurant, open view kitchen, and friendly staff.Definitely a step above Five Guys in the similar genre. We ordered food for 4 people at 5:25 p.m. Sunday and was told 15 minutes wait. We were fine with that. We finally got our food... at 6:38 p.m. and 2 of the smash burgers were wrong. Never going there again. Read more
Super expensive. $46.68 for me, my wife, and 8yr old daughter to get takeout. I don?t mind paying a lot for burgers if it?s... worth it. But the regular cheeseburgers that we ordered were so small! Honestly, it was embarrassing. $10+ for a tinycheeseburger, with no fry or drink. You have to pay an extra $4+ for fries (which were stale). And you end up with a subpar,dry, tiny, unsatisfying meal. Still hungry. We will never eat at smash burger again. Read more
Burger tasted great, the cashier must of been new. He didn't seem to know what he was doing. So i believe we were over charged... a little. Like i said the burger tasted good, came out fast too. But after eating half of it I noticed it had a few pinkish redspots in it. Make sure your burgers are cooked fully guys, Speed isnt everything ! Read more
Great burger. COLORADO BURGER, have one. Waited an additional 20 minutes for my food order. Others that ordered online also... were told an additional 20 to 30 minutes to get their order. The hostesses did not acknowledge people that were waiting fortheir orders. Read more
