Food 10/10 Service 10/10. I have been to Rove a few times now, and each time I have been blown away by the experience. If you... are looking for fine dinning here in Fort Collins, look no further this restaurant has a laser focus on quality andprofessionalism. If you are thinking of going to an event here I highly recommend it. Finding a place to have a great formaldinner here in Fort Collins has been difficult because they are always missing two key factors, service and reliability. Plentyof restaurants here will pump out amazing food but have condescending snobbish service which really leaves a bad taste in yourmouth, or you might have great service but unreliable food quality. Most recently we had a meal here during the wine and dinnerpairing on 10/22. It was a four course autumn themed meal with an amazing pairing of wines. The food was simply amazing and themenu was really brave for a town of our size. I was nervous this place may have bit off more than they were able to chew, boywas I wrong. Every asset of this dinner was exceptional and took you through some unique and amazing flavors. As always thewaitstaff was professional and exceptionally friendly and additionally the restaurant had sommeliers present to discuss why theydecided on each pairing. The wines were exceptionally tailored to the flavor profiles of the food and we had a truly remarkableexperience. I also wanted to call out the pastry chef. AMAZING food and drinks. The "Thats so fetch" and "Sleepy Violette" cocktails are to die for. We had such tasty appetizers,... entrees and desserts. We can't wait to go back. Also, our sever was very attentive and nice. All around a really awesomeexperience. Read more
My wife and I dined at Rove on an early Saturday evening and had a great experience. We started with a couple of their signature... cocktails that feature local craft spirit producers - most excellent! Then we let the chef choose a couple appetizers for us -again very well done and left us wanting more. Our dinner was also delicious and fun to share with each other. We orderedanother round of cocktails and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. They really upgraded the interior décor - one of the nicestin Fort Collins. We even got a tour of their upstairs Element nightclub that is currently being used for additional diningduring these COVID restricted times. I can't wait until things return to normal to experience Element as a full nightclub. Read more
You may respect my opinion or you may not, but if you know food then you should know that this is the best restaurant in Fort... Collins. Even the things I don't like deserve my highest respect for quality. The flavor is not of this world and it is alwaysworth every penny. TLDR: Insanely good food. Try it! Read more
The setting is fairly upscale for Fort Collins and the food is made to match with respect to portion and presentation. Food... quality is just average though. Portion sizes are reasonable for the price. Service was super good! Unfortunately there arejust much better operations throughout town. I can't fault them, there are just better out there. Read more

The drinks and food are tasty. Highly recommend the Garden Party drink and tomato/peach app. It was a little quiet for a... Saturday night but the outdoor rooftop patio was gorgeous. I think if they alter a few things - price/menu items/music theycould draw in a larger crowd for dinner time. Have high hopes for what this place can become. Read more
Wow! When Mainline closed down I was pretty bummed. However this place is even better. Everything was fantastic! Going into a... restaurant during COVID can be uneasy, but they way they handle everything puts you at ease. I feel like a lot of the food inFort Collins is all similar, this place is definitely different in the best way. I can?t wait to come back and try everything onthe menu! Great job guys! Read more
