We just relocated to the area and this was our first time at Rainbow Restaurant. It will not be our last! I am vegan and gluten... free, so brunch is the hardest meal to eat out. My husband has no dietary restrictions, so finding places to eat any meal thatwe both love is hard. You can see in the photos that I had the Bounty Bowl with tofu, which is already vegan and gf with nochanges or substitutions. Hubby had the Classic Rainbow Breakfast with sunnyside up eggs, which he said were cooked perfectly.The bread and jam also appeared house made. We were both impressed by the quality ingredients and skillful cooking. We alreadyhave a list of other menu items we want to try. We were there on a Friday and it got very busy around noon. Rainbow really means rainbow! The food is so colorful and delicious. At Rainbow, you order at the counter before you sit down.... They give you a number and you can seat yourself in either the cozy indoors or the outdoors with pretty greenery. The staff wasfriendly and organized. We ordered the falafel wrap, Sara?s sandwich, and the house-made coffee cake. The cake was unique withadded nuts and almost a banana bread like quality.
