I haven't been to a Potbellys for a while, but was disppointed today. The toppings looked (and tasted) like they had been... sitting out a while. I went during dinner hours and there was very little business / it was dead, but the employees were morechatting with each other than helping me. :( Read more
Leaving two stars for taste and variety of selection. Execution is awful. This sandwich had the amount of meat you would use for... a sandwich you put on regular bread at home. You should not advertise a sub and then fill it up with nothing but lettuce. Ithought i accidentally ordered a veggie sub. Go to one of the chain stores and watch the meat content. It has to beproportionate to the thickness of the bread. I even ordered extra cheese but gained one slice. Very disappointed. Highlyunlikely for me to return. Read more
Ordered through door dash and was disappointed when order came in. I ordered the Cubano and soup combo. I asked for grilled... mushrooms and they just put huge pieces of fresh. I feel like most of my sandwich was mushroom. It would of made a hugedifference in taste if mushrooms were grilled. There was only one slice of thin ham and hardly any pulled pork. Hardly anymustard. The bread was good, but if your like me and love a good Cubano. I would not suggest this place. Potato soup was okaybut bland. Overall this is just not my kind of place. Customer service was below par. Wife and I ordered the same thing, yet her sandwich is MUCH smaller in length. Was charged for... 2 bigger sandwiches though. Mac and cheese is way over-cooked. The sandwiches are about as big as a wrap, not much to them. $20+ for what?? Won't be back. Update: August 31st. Still nothing.. They responded saying to email them, I did and still noresponse. I've had Potbelly before when I used to live in Texas, and this one was no different. From the moment I walked in the door, the... atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming and the food smelled great. I've always appreciated the variety that Potbelly has curatedwhile maintaining a simplicity in choosing the originality of each sandwich you make. I especially can't wait for the Old Townlocation since it will be more convenient for me though I can understand the importance of the location on Harmony. Read more
Great flavor on the Italian sandwich, just a little smaller in size than I expected for first time visit and not a bigger option... available. Lost star for less than eager customer service for a brand new place, however, will give them another shot soon asmany friends love this chain. The general manager is really rude to customers. I called and asked a simple question and was met with hostility and... aggressiveness on his end. As a general manager you should set the expectations for customer service to their employees. Neverin my life have I ever had a general manager treat a customer with so much disrespect. There are better sandwich shops aroundfort collins with way better customer service than this shop. Read more
