This is the first time in my life that I have ever left a Google review. Most places are undeserving of my public opinions, but... Plant to the Plate isn?t comparable to ?most places?. I?ve eaten at countless restaurants in my four years living in FortCollins. This is hands down THE BEST RESTAURANT IN THE CITY. Their meatloaf, BBQ chicken, pulled pork sliders, stuffed bellpeppers, and their pot pie are sensational. I?m from Texas and this is some of the best southern food my taste buds have everencountered. We just love this place! Very simple but cute atmosphere, and delicious food with fulfilling vegetarian options. Everything... tastes fresh and is truly comfort food. We travel the entire country in or RV so we eat a wide variety of places. I felt that the Decor and music were laid back &... refreshing, not fancy. We wanted a few extra minutes for the fresh biscuits to be out of the oven, well worth it! The Biscuitchicken egg was very hot, big , and tasty. The service was perfect and friendly too. Excellent experience. Not only were they open on Christmas Day, but the food was absolutely delicious.
