This store recently decided to require a min $22 for online purchases... this means single people looking for a pizza are... required to order an abnormally large amount of food. Meet the $22 min order but have a coupon you want to use? Too bad - theywon't deliver unless the grand total is larger than $22 (after their nearly $6 delivery fee). They just changed this recently(within a few weeks), as I had been ordering from this Papa John's location for many months before without a required min.Ordering $22 of food as a single guy living alone = lots of wasted food I have to throw away... even while eating leftovers. Fora big profitable business like Papa John's... this is a little slimy and a good reason to avoid this location and Papa John'sentirely. Read more
HORRIBLE SERVICE . 30 MINUTE PIZZA DELIVERY TOOK OVER 2.5 HOURS. To make it even more frustrating, nobody was answering the... phones and they kept forwarding me to hold. After waiting 20 minutes on the phone I couldn't wait anymore and just hung up-impossible to get to anyone. Read more

Waited over an hour for an order that said would take 39-49min. The tracker said that DoorDash had picked up my order nearly... 30min ago. When I called the store and finally got someone on the line, they said the order was on it's way and to call themback if I didn't get it in 10min. Once I got off the phone the tracker updated with a different driver name and a new ETA thatwas another 1 hour wait. I decided I wasn't going to wait any longer and ordered pizza from another pizza place. Luckily I didbecause long after the other place delivered my order, there was still no PapaJohns at my house. When I called customer serviceto get a refund, they said the store had already canceled without leaving any notes as to why. Lesson learned, stay away fromthis place due to a complete lack of competence. Read more
I ordered on 4/17/2022 at around 2:00PM. I'll provide pictures that you should definitely look at. I got the "Parmesan Crusted... Philly Cheesesteak Papadia." That was a mistake. DO NOT get the Papadia! The Papadia was anorexic. It had hardly anyingredients on it at all, especially lacking the meat itself. The "parmesan crust" was just a few bits of burnt cheese that hadno taste on an already overly floury dough. I didn't even bother to finish eating it. It's in the trash where it belongs. Ialso got a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. The cheese in the crust tastes plastic-y and overall it's just a very underwhelmingpizza. It's one of the most bland and boring pizzas I've ever had. On top of that, my order came with two garlic sauces thatwere weirdly solidified. The best way to describe it is that it looked and tasted like some weird lukewarm mayonnaise-butterpaste. Decent service and a very friendly delivery driver but we ordered a pizza with chicken, pineapple, and green peppers. That part... was delicious but we were also given onions as well. I'm not a picky eater but onions make me physically sick so that was anincredibly disappointing and frustrating addition. As you can see, our box says nothing about onions on the order. The pictureattached is proof of the onions. Wish I'd taken a photo of the end pile of them too but I forgot. On a semi-positive note I willsay that there were a lot of onions so they definitely don't skimp on the toppings. Read more
This Papa Johns has repeatedly Delivered me and my family Inedible pizza.I will never order from them again, please order... elsewhere your hard earned money is valuable. PS this pizza is uncooked in the middle, greasy and not even the worst I've beensent by them. Read more
