NEVER AGAIN!!!!! I would give zero stars if I could. I'm not sure which is worse, the price I paid or the quality of the food.... Almost $20 for one person for lunch for "fast casual"? The salad was tiny for $8 with very little chicken. And my chicken baconflatbread had the amount of meat comparable to the piece of pork you find in a can of Van Camps Pork and Beans. Read more
Daisy was amazing this morning! My card was being super problematic and she was so patient and kind while I got it worked... out. Everyone there is always great (especially important since food service is hard) and seem to try hard. Love this location! Read more
We placed a larger order today and the restaurant missed one of the sandwich meals with the delivery. I called the restaurant... to see if they would replace the meal, which they gladly did -- no questions asked. They also threw in a complimentary drinkand cookie, which was a nice touch. Read more
I paid $30 for a small bread to takeaway, a small drink, a chicken sandwich, and a small Mac n cheese: lunch for one. As a... person concerned about cost here's the contract: I pay a premium price for what is objectively simple food. I'll even wait ifit's busy. I'm willing to do this because I get premium ingredients prepared almost perfectly, with interesting flavorcombinations. The facility was gracious and clean, staff was friendly, and my bread was excellent. As expected. My macaroni wasundercooked, my cheese sauce was runny, my chicken had been on warmer for too long, and there was barely any aoli. I'm annoyed.I so rarely get out. Panera is usually amazing, but the location in Fort Collins is a hit or miss. Mostly a miss. I?ve noticed that during their peak... times/days, they consistently water down their broccoli cheddar soup and their cream of chicken soup. This has happened morethan a handful of times. I guess shame on me for continuing to order from them. :( What you see in the picture is an example ofwatered down Cream of chicken soup. This thing looks like a chicken noodle soup! UPDATE: DEC 26. STILL loving Panera. My wife and I stopped in for lunch. She had a bowl of chili and I had a cup of "ten... vegetable soup" and a steak with white cheddar sammy. Everything was just as expected - delicious, fresh, healthy and filling.Service was fast and friendly. We dined in. Plenty of available tables. It's cool when your day out shopping or taking care ofbusiness is complemented by a good experience at Panera. Pics attached. What's not to love about Panera's rapid curbside pickup? Panera is popular and crazy busy as ever and if you'd rather skip the walk inside and a possible check out line to pick upyour order, rapid pickup is the way to go. Using the app you'll place your order, select the time that you'll arrive, add yourname and vehicle description, tap "I'm here" and within seconds a team member walks out your order. Panera claims to use fresh, clean food, but my experience with the last couple of salads I've gotten here have been anything but... fresh. Today I had rotten, black edged lettuce all through my Caesar salad-almost a third of it rotten. The worst part: this wasmy REMAKE! Apparently the cook staff can't recognize rotten produce and served the exact same salad i got previously, like therewas nothing wrong. For an $8 side salad size salad, that's pitiful. I think mcdonalds might have fresher lettuce. Love thestaff and atmosphere here, and can't get enough of the charged lemonade! Will definitely be back, but not for salad. Read more
