This location is a disgrace. I gave 1 star because I had to and there wasn't a worse option available. I understand this kind of... a job is a stepping stone for some and serving the general public has its pros and cons. Most people have the mental capacity toacknowledge when they need to have a professional approach with a dissatisfied customer. Unfortunately, Destiny lacks the propertraining for further career advancement. With her current customer service skills, professionalism, and lack of attention todetail she's lucky to even have this job. Read more
No fortune cookie despite spending more than just dinner price. Alway in a hurry to entice you to donate a rounded totals... difference to charity but too distracted trying to rush you out of the line that they forget things. I probably will eat heremuch less now. Hope the cost of the cookie saved makes up for lost sales. Read more
Went from 5 stars to 2 in one visit. Food wasn't very fresh at 12:30pm, and I was asked to donate 3 times, twice at the speaker... and once at the window, by people with annoying accents of course. Save the change begging for the corner. I do not appreciatebeing panhandled and therefore I will never return to this location again. No means no! Read more

The lady at the first station name was Joann. She was friendly and welcoming. I noticed while I was waiting on my food that she... greeted everyone and went above and beyond with customer service. I hope you read these reviews and reward your staff that aregreat! It is nice to have service like this as most people are so rude these days.
