Went for the buffet around 11:30, everything was delicious! The chicken curry and samosas were the favorite at the table. The... waitress was very friendly and filled our waters multiple times during the visit. The buffet table was restocked multiple timesas well. Definitely recommend! Read more

The value of all ethnic buffet restaurants, Mt. Everest Cafe has been creating satisfactory dishes since I moved to foco. The... buffet has remained basically unchanged for years, and they make the dishes they make. I love it because they are consistent anda great value. You can find better himalayan food and also better ethnic buffet restaurants, but I like them for being true towhat they do. They outlasted COVID and you hardly see more than three tables full at a time, but I'm glad to have this valueoption. Like many local ethnic restaurants the decor is fun and the lassi is tasty, I would recommend it to anyone seeking newfood experiences in Fort Collins. They might just keep you coming back over and over again. Read more

Not great at all. I chose this place for my birthday dinner based on their website. Huge mistake. Those full tubs of... deliciousness you see on their website? Yeah, none of that is there in real life. Maybe 6 options on the buffet were there, including 4 pieces of very hard, dried out naan, and none of them with much flavor beyond a bit of hot spice. Very littlequantities of the options were available so we wondered how long they'd been setting there. All day? Tables are covered inwhite tablecloths, with a piece of glass on top. There were several large fresh, yellow food stains all around thetablecloth/glass edge. Truly gross. One star for the waitress who finally refilled our water glasses once. Will not go back. Fantastic Food!! Because they are closed on Mondays, I had to order elsewhere and it's lack to comparable quality inspired me... to remind the good people at Mt Everest Cafe that they do an amazing job!! And to all of those who blast the service andbuffet, stop being garbage buffet people. Read more

Great buffet! Recently they went to pricing the to ho buffet by the pound. Still a very good deal. It is especially a good... deal for a single person who wants a variety of indian dishes to go but doesn't need to pig out. $8.99 lb for a wonderfulindian meal. I love the lamb most if all. Read more
