Paid electronically through the app. Scheduled my order for pickup. They couldn't even find my app at first until I gave them... the order code and- despite me even getting an electronic receipt- demanded I pay for my food a second time. The female managereven held me up in line at three am and told me to pay them more money in cash- for a free rewards meal! Literally robbed andthey probably took my food to go eat in the back. They made a mistake and put cheese on a double hamburger. I asked for mustard, pickle and onion only. No ketchup, no cheese, two... double hamburgers and if they could make it with a meal with a fry and a Coke that would be great.! Anyhow, the first burger andwrapped was a single patty with no cheese and they did have mustard pickle onion but the second one I unwrapped it was a singlewith cheese so I walked inside and talked to the manager and she just fixed me right up. So I order a Double Quarter Pounder and just getting it out of the bag I have grease dropping on my seat and leg. When I open... it, the bottom bun is completely saturated with grease. The burger itself was put together sloppy. Both patties were hanging outof each end of the bun. I would have taken a picture of the sandwich but I did not think of this until after. The fries werebarely salted. However the soda was cold so that was a plus. In the picture you can see the puddled grease after the bottom bunsoaked up the majority of it. The first picture is how my sandwich was in the bag. The second picture shows what I ordered a plain double quarter pounder with... cheese. The third picture is what I actually got apparently a chicken sandwich with everything on it. I know mistakes are madebut the way it was sticking out of the box in the first place let him know that was not a plain double quarter pounder withcheese. It was on the way back to our place so I'm not going back which means I'm out seven bucks. Thanks folks. Read more
*Update 2021* Apparently they can't make a sandwich. No sausage on one sandwich which was only a biscuit and sausage and somehow... half a sausage on another. For real it's not hard to care about your job. It's okay, it's a McDonald's. What else do you wantme to say. Nothing amazing to write home about but some enthusiasm and effort put into the quality of the food would beappreciated. Like a little less effort when putting the bun on would be nice. Very clean restaurant over all staff is friendlybut seemed busy and overwhelmed when I was there. They messed up my order but in a good way where you end up with way more foodthan you order and you don't find out till you get home and look in the bag. Read more
