This place is always awesome the management is awesome don't get me wrong it is slow there but everywhere is having problems... finding employees that want to work. Some people want jobs they just don't want to work those jobs and this McDonald's is tryingjust like every other McDonald's is trying just be cool with people serving you and you'll get good service. Throw them a tip $3to $5 that will show them you appreciate them. From the hours 2:30 a.m. to 4:45 a.m. is probably cash only while their system isresetting getting ready for breakfast. I've lived in Fort Collins 3 years, always in basically walking distance of this place. It's the quality you expect from a... McDonald's, only worth getting if you use the app. A man works here named Robert, always cleaning the front and walking outorders he provides consistent positive social interactions with everyone who comes in the store, for as long as I can remember.I've never thought to myself that I hope someone else gets a raise, until now, so here I am reviewing this so that themanagement hopefully see it. Definitely my favorite McDonald?s location in Fort Collins. The staff and management are so great. I had an issue with my order... this morning, and not only did they fix it, but they gave me an extra breakfast item to make up for the mistake. Thanks forbeing understanding and accommodating! Excellent employees, fresh French fries every time we've gone and the ice cream cones are built up nice and tall! So impressed... with this location because the quality is there every time and it exceeds other McDonald's I've been to by a long shot! Bravo???? Read more

Sometimes really good, but too many times weird issues happen. Like today I ordered an Oreo fudge mcflurry, and I couldn't tell... at first glance if there was fudge (there wasn't), and barely any Oreos to top it off. My son ordered a sundae with juststrawberry on top, got only vanilla. Also, around 40% the time I order a large fry, it's only like half full defeating the pointof ordering it large. I'll change this review once this weird stuff stops happening since it's the closest McDonald's to us,and I know they're capable of being very good... Read more
