Worst experience. We ordered our food at 6:58, it said it would be ready by 7:08-7:18. We showed up at 7:15ish to get it, they... said it wasn't ready, we were a little early, understandable. However, we waited for another 30 minutes and didn't get our fooduntil 7:53 (almost an hour after ordering). They didn't communicate why, they got 3 other pick up orders out the door beforegetting ours out to us. When we finally did get our pizza it wasn't even hot. I got lucky because I went on a Tuesday and they offer three free toppings on any size pizza. The pizza was good and the Greek... salad was ok. They use too much spinach and not enough romaine. I gave it 4 stars because they have NO dine in availability. Read more
Would have liked to dine in like the advertising on building says.. Overpriced for the quantity and quality of food received.... Ordered 2 calzones, neither barely had cheese and mine was considerably smaller. Basically pizza dough folded over a smallamount of toppings and a small teaspoon of ricotta cheese even though the menu states a create your own has mozzarella andricotta cheese and up to 3 toppings. I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip when I ordered my food for take out. I politelydeclined, maybe that is why my food was subpar. Also ordered a personal pizza with 1 topping, would have been nice if thecashier had mentioned the special of the day which was a larger pizza for the same price. Wasted $35 and came back to hotel toeat a pot pie. Read more

Always amazing food! Their pizza is so tasty and always fills me up. This location doesn't do slices currently but their pizza... rolls are like a slice of pizza rolled up and taste amazing with their marinara sauce! You'll be happy with anything on the menutoo. Read more

I initially found it strange that they put sauce on top of the pizza after it was cooked, so I guess that this was the first... Chicago-style pizza that I've ever had. The pizza was a little above warm, but the sauce was cold, as if they just took it outof the refrigerator. Later the manager/owner wrote to apologize and offer to make it up to me for a bad experience. Mistakeshappen, but it's a great sign when management steps up to make it right. For this reason, I'll visit them again in the future. Read more
