We had an overall great experience. This was my first time at Longhorn Steakhouse since there aren't any locations in the Twin... Cities. The service was awesome. The atmosphere was good. My expectation and comparison would be to a Texas Roadhouse and itdefinitely met what I was expecting. I had the T-bone, my wife had the Flo Filet, my son chose the kids sirloin, and my daughterhad their kids cheesburger. Everyone was happy with their meal (though, my daughter said her burger was dry and I did try andconfirm). I also had a side of Cesar salad wich was really good. Definitely worth a stop if you're craving some steak, butdon't want to spend a fortune on a decent cut. Read more
BEST TASTING FOOD I HAVE FOUND IN FORT COLLINS YET!!! My husband and I went here last night and both ordered steaks, wings,... salads, and sides. The staff were very friendly and relaxed the hostess even joked around with us a bit! Everything melted inour mouths like butter and tasted better than anything we have tried so far since moving here from Louisiana!! I'd give 10 starsif I could! Read more
Thanks for showing us you can improve in all areas. I have eaten at LHS in Texas for years. I celebrated every birthday, every... year at their establishment. When LHS first opened in FTC in 2016 I had to go, and it was absolutely terrible all around. Tookover an hour to get food during lunch, server completely forgot about me...it...was...bad. We gave them a second try for datenight, since my partner has never eaten there, and noticed a major difference. Our server Dillion & assistant Andrea wereoutstanding! Best customer service I've received anywhere in a long time; attentive, friendly, and very funny. The bartendermade stellar drinks and the food was delicious. Food was quick, hot, and seasoned perfect. I didn't give 5 stars because I'm notsure about their consistency, since it's only the second time I've been. I'll update the review if they prove to be consistentwith their quality and service. I did let the manager, Austin, know how much we appreciated the improvements since the last timeI visited. Last night was craving some steak, so we ventured out on the date with my spouse. Arrived about 4 PM so it was not very crowded.... Nice music, great menu, great service and reasonable prices. The food was incredible. I got a 12oz ribeye with mash potatoes andCaesar salad and my husband got New York strip with fries and salad. My 12 oz steak was humangous!! So juicy...oo my. It wasawesome. Dined in the Bar this evening. Lindsey provided an exceptional experience! She was attentive, and took time to interact even... though it was during "Peak Hours". The meals were well prepared, and attractively plated! Meals were a "Good Value" as pricesare moderate for portion size. Menu has a nice variety of dishes including Salad options, but Beef is the "Star" as would beexpected! The cuts of Meat were of good quality, and there was obviously care taken at the Prep Table. At this "Price Point"this is an "Easy to Recommend " in the Ft Collins market. Read more
Holy freaking COW (pun intended)! ???????????? This place is the real deal! I always put a lot of stock in word-of-mouth... recommendations, and Longhorn Steakhouse exceeded the hype!! I?ve had a lot of steaks in my day, and paid a wide range ofprices for said steaks. Im not exaggerating when I say this was the best NY Strip steak I have EVER had!! I don?t know what kindof chef sorcery they are doing over there at Longhorn, but I got my steak cooked medium plus per out waitresses recommendationand it was the most juicy, perfectly cooked steak I have ever had. The sides were perfection as well, we both ordered the honeyroasted brussel sprouts (sooo good) and the mashed potatoes (divine). We started our meal with a mango strawberry Longpourmargaritas- another amazing suggestion from our excellent server - and the fried onion appetizer. Perhaps we bit off a bit morethan we could chew because we both threw in the towel about halfway through our steaks. My only regret is that I couldnt finishthe whole thing. Despite being delicious I might skip the apps next time or just get one drink ???? Truly, the service and foodwas exceptional. Such a great value and quality for a $22 NY Strip, sides included, when I could never cook a steak that goodfor the price you pay at the grocery store. Ive paid a lot more for steaks that were not even close to this good. Our audibleYUMS drew looks from the table next to us - I mean, cmon, it doesn?t get much better than that. I like trying new steak restaurants and we have been looking forward to this one since Christmas. Easy in and out for parking... and today there were not a lot of people. Our waitress was very attentive, friendly, and made sure our drinks were topped up.Towards the end of our visit, she was obviously having to serve quite a few more people, but her service never wavered. I wishthe rest of the visit was just as pleasant as it would have been closer to a 5 star review. The appetizers were good andenjoyed. Three of our party ordered the Outlaw Ribeye, there was one chicken meal, a hamburger, and a chopped steak. All thebeef was undercooked, the vegetables were bland, the steaks were also very bland and needed steak sauce to provide the extraflavor that should have been done in the kitchen. The baked potato did not come with extra butter and sour cream, but it and thesweet potato were about the only things that were cooked to order. I would be willing to consider trying this one again as itcould have been just an off day. However, for the price and if you had to make a quick choice, I would choose a Texas Roadhousemeal over this one. The cooks really let this one down today. Read more
