I don?t often take time to write reviews but we tried the food truck out tonight for the first time and we were impressed. We... tried three different sandwiches and they were all good! My six year old even loved hers. Everything was fresh and delicious!Another thing I really liked was that the guy who prepared our food washed his hands before he started preparing the food.That?s always nice to see! The food truck is 10x better than the actual shop. I just find it more than a bit frustrating that instead of calling out that... my food is ready, the cook spends his time sitting on his phone. Having worked in multiple kitchens, it's pretty unprofessionalto just hang out on your phone when someone is trying to order food. Food was decent, better from the truck, attitude here isterrible though. I wouldn't recommend it to a friend. Read more

La Piadina at The Exchange is da bomb! They have a great selection of Italian Flatbread Sandwiches made fresh to order. My... favorites are their Meatball and L'originale. I also appreciate the vegetarian and vegan options, and reasonably priced localcraft beer. A great alternative to tired-out food offerings like pizza, burgers and sandwiches. Read more

My husband picked up some flatbreads from here and they were soooo good. He said staff was nice and area was fun. Only reason I... am putting 4 stars is because my husband ordered me the Carciofa and asked to not have the spicy olive oil since I can't handlespicy food. Unfortunately the spicy oil was not taken off and I couldn't finish it because mouth was burning to much. It alltasted so good just wish I was able to finish mine.
