What a wonderful gem in old town Fort Collins! This beautiful, historic building houses one of the most charming... restaurant/coffee shop/bakery/gift shops I’ve ever been to!! Delicious food, kind hostesses, and no shortage of quality. Can’t wait to go back! Read more
Neat, historic building with delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere. Our server, Rachel, was wonderful! The gluten free... butternut avocado toast is unique and delicious. It paired great with The Short Stack, a latte with brown butter and maplesyrup, resulting in creamy goodness. If I’m ever back in Fort Collins, I will definitely eat at Ginger and Baker again! Ginger and Baker makes the best chicken pot pie I have ever eaten! It was recommended to me by a local while I was visiting Fort... Collins and I am so glad I made the time to visit. I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon around 2 and am not exaggerating when Isay my chicken pot pie was delivered to my table 2 minutes after I ordered it. I imagine they sell so many they just keep makingthem all day, but also it was late enough in the afternoon that the lunch rush was over. Ginger and Baker also has a greatatmosphere and a ton of outdoor seating as well as a cute little market store. I highly recommend you stop in! Try the chickenpot pie! Read more

Nice spot for food and drinks. I’ve been wanting to try Ginger and Baker for a while and finally did it. I was a little... confused at first because there is the Cafe, the shop, and the Cache. I used the ring door because it wasn’t super clear. Theparking is great since they have a parking lot for G&B customers right across the street. The space is well decorated and cozyso we chose a spot at the bar. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I got a beer and my wife got a margarita while wewaited. The beer selection wasn’t bad, but not impressive either. There were a couple TVs at the bar, but it’s not reallymuch of a sports bar type of place. I ordered the turkey pot pie and my wife got the chicken pot pie, since it is so popular.Hers was better and I’ll know better for next time. The pastry crust was wonderful and I was super impressed. The fillingswere flavorful and delicious. Every meal we saw at the tables around us were impressive and we ended splurging on a piece ofapple pie at the end. It was big and delicious! I’ll definitely be back again for Sunday lunch/brunch. Read more
