I?m a food delivery driver and every time I try to deliver food from this 5 Guys my order(s) are 15-20 minutes longer than what... it says it should take, including during slow times. During my last experience there were 10 employees behind the counter, only3-4 of them working on anything. Consistently no sense of urgency at all. I could have made the two burgers and fries for myorder by myself in half the time it took this crew of 10 people. A very unprofessional and slow moving staff who instead ofhurrying will casually pause while bagging up food to chat with co-workers about anything ( except working more efficiently). Absolutely ridiculous getting food from this location. Ordered and showed up to pick my food up 15 mins later. Gave them my name... a half an hour later I had to ask again and the bag was sitting up there the entire time. The girl that I gave my name to when Ichecked in just announced that I was there but didn't even look at the bag that was sitting on the shelf the entire time whichhad my name on it. If your job is to make sure that people get their orders, perhaps you should look at the bags on the shelf. And when you see a customer standing around for over a half hour at a fast food restaurant, maybe you should ask them again. Read more
Great hard working staff! They work well as a team and do a great job. Staf is always polite and helpful.. Food is good. Old... style burger with flavor. Shakes are great as well. Read more
Staff was quick, food was decent, but $60 for 3 burgers a hot dog and 2 drinks? It's only a tad better than McDonald's and I... could have had that for our family for 1/3rd the price or could have gone to an actual restaurant for equal price and gottenmuch higher quality food. Read more
It was 5 minutes past opening time, I walked in, and politely waiting by the register to order, and the employees were sitting... at a table eating the companies food completely ignoring me. The only attention I got was "oh sorry bro were not open yet". Ilooked down at my watch absolutely confused. The employees were still using their own restaurant as their hang out spot. Iwalked out, verified the opening time on the door, and sure enough, I'd been waiting well past opening time, and that was myexperience. I thought it was Five Guys AND Fries... not Five Guys EATING Fries. What the heck? Read more
Five Guys has always been overpriced for what you actually get as far as the burgers go. Fries are decent and they give you a... lot. I didn't feel like a bun this time and ordered a little cheeseburger (1 patty) in a bowl with grilled onions and grilledgreen peppers. It was sloppy, "toppings" put underneath the burger.. The grilled onions were dry and cold as if they grilledthem maybe 5 hours prior and the grilled green peppers were just barely grilled at all. Super disappointing when spending $7.50+on a single meat patty. We ultimately went there because my husband asked if we could go, he was happy with his food but myexperience wasn't the best. I did not bring up to the employees because we were just stopping for some quick food betweenerrands. It's just sad how it was presented. Been going to 5 guys for a few years, but first time at this location. Ordered my food for pick up, and showed up to grab it... and had to wait well they made my fries and shake. Apparently that?s their normal practice for ?fresher food? but seems kind ofself defeating for a fast pick up. So I sat and waited, and watched about 4 people come in, order food, and walk about with nomask on. I guess this was more annoying because there is a sign on the front entry door saying they are required... doesn?tseem logical to hang a sign your not going to enforce. The burger and shake were good as always, a bit pricy but good. Thestore was clean and organized like everyone I have ever been in, and the employees were attentive and nice. Read more
Why have the servings and weights of your fry sizes posted on your website to help people calculate carbs and insulin if you're... perpetually incapable of meeting those standards? A small fry shouldn't have 4x as many as a large...your staff should betrained to a standard wherein providing the items as described is possible. It's not the staffs fault, it's the manager orhigher for instilling no QC or accuracy. Read more
