Do NOT use your credit or debit card here!! This location frequently has double charges so often that my bank knew about it... because it has happened to so many people. Not only that but management is aware of the problem and for some reason they haven?tdone anything about it to fix the system. I had to scrounge up quarters to get to work in the morning because last night theydouble charged me. Management- you guys really need to do something about this! My food was great and the cashier was reallynice but this is ridiculous for you guys to know about this being an issue and screwing people over and yet it has still notbeen fixed. In the 5 visits I've made to this location they've gotten my order (of a single item) wrong every time. One would imagine that... with the only two options being hamburger and cheese burger it would be impossible to order one and recurve the other. But youwould be wrong 5 times over. I even checked my receipt and saw that they correctly ordered a hamburger and still found cheeseon it. I do not care what reason they do this, whether assumption, prejudice, or apathy. Five guys burgers have always been more of a guilty pleasure burger to me. They are greasy, but so good when that's what you... want. Their fries are the freaking best no matter what though. Seriously, if I'm dashing and get a five guys order I dread it,because the smell of those fries in my cart is going to make me hungry. Read more
A rather confusing experience after months away. Fries were listed around five dollars online for May, nine dollars on door... dash. Bit the bullet to call and ask, server was nice and just offered to arrange a pickup and was friendly enough I agreed.Came over, only to find the girl in front of me got a bag full of fries overflowing with a medium, but despite me getting alarge only got a single cup. Didn't say anything though, because I didn't want to be rude and they were very polite. Got home torealize the burger had no cheese- finished it only to find later the cheese was...separate in a package at the bottom afterfinishing my meal. Confusing, but at least the staff are friendly? The fries they had me wait extra for tasted undercookedthough. Not sure what all the hype is about. Edit: While they were kind enough to send me free meal tickets, they were sent tomy old address. Instead we had a talk, and they took responsibility saying a new guy was being trained. Every time I order here it slowly gets worse, this time my cheeseburger didn't have cheese and they decided to do some artistic... interpretation and make it into a burger ball. They also decided when I ordered grilled onions that half grilled and half rawwas the correct distribution rate. I just expected better than McDonald's but maybe that's too much. Read more
The fries were fried so much that they tasted burnt. It's like food waste to throw away. I used to like it, but I'm disappointed... this time. & After leaving a review on Google, the Colorado manager of Five Guys contacted me. He sincerely apologized to me andtried to give me a refund. When the refund was not possible, he sent me a gift card with a handwritten letter. I wasdisappointed by the food, but I was moved by the warm consideration and quick apology. Read more
Sometimes I wonder if their employees just close their eyes and guess what toppings you asked for. Definitely discouraging to... get home and realize they messed up your order again...Still two stars because even if employees aren't really paying attentionit's still a cheeseburger. Read more
