Time is money? or in my case time is study. Oct. 9th at around 6:50 pm I found myself waiting nearly 15 min with only one... person in front of me not even at the window because it is clear that they would rather chit chat with friends rather than servecoffee. I can?t blame the staff entirely, there are some extremely talkative people especially in colorful colorado, however,the blatant disregard for my time and thus my money didn?t go unnoticed. It took me pulling off for the person in front of me tofinally move and the woman taking orders from that car to even seemingly notice my existence. With my vet school midtermscoming up, I can?t help but see this is as a huge waste of time, but I needed my coffee so I headed across town away from thehospital and my home to get a good coffee and even quicker service from the other Dutch bros. The extra star is because whilemy stays have been lengthy before, the staff is always very nice. I have respect for those in customer service because I couldnever do it again, however, the art of ending a conversation and acknowledging ALL of your customer base is EXTREMELY importanteven when do friends etc. do pop up. There is however a happy ending to this, I got my shark attack rebel in less than 5 min atthe other location with incredible service and a smile. Read more

Cynthia was a customer service rock star. We were very new to town and always trying to get our hands on the sticker drop. She... somehow found one extra for us despite it being a few days into the month. Will definitely be repeat customers, we love thecoffee and the warmth with which the workers always greet us. I had originally given this location 4 stars but have changed my rating at of 07/10. The habit of the employees to... automatically add their own tip recently is poor practice and frankly dishonest. I have always tipped in cash for my drinks buthave stopped since noticing that my drink that runs for about $6 has suddenly turned into $8 at this location when paying viamobile. With the exception of one young lady, I haven't been asked if I'd like to leave a tip in over a month. Please fix thisso I can return to this more convenient location. Read more
DB is hands down the best coffee chain out there. I?ve been to quite a few all across Colorado and I have never been let down.... When I?m out at my home in CO. This is my go to location that?s closest to the house. The people here are great and they havemade me some crazy good drinks. I have my go to drinks but I like to try new things as well. This location thankfully isn?t ascrazy busy as some others. So the wait times usually aren?t bad at all. If you get a chance. Stop in and let them throwsomething new together for you.
