The cashier was very friendly, however the service was extremely slow. We waited for almost 30 minutes for our food, which was... not very good. The coffee was terrible! Very disappointing, we go to the Dunkin' in Fort Collins whenever we are in town and itis always great, however this time it was closed for maintenance so we went to the Loveland location. Ok I get it. It's Dunkin Donuts. Why would you even review this place or have any expectations on it? Unfortunately I have to... come to this place often to pick up food because I deliver it and every time I wait at least 20 minutes or more. Most of theemployees are probably under 20 but could you just try and hurry? Some of us have to be places. And you don't have to cook thefood. It's already to go! Read more

No. Just no. I went through the drive through and they were out of every donut, so I decided to order the avocado toast. I go up... to the window, I hand the girl my card and she does not say one word to me, she hands me my box with the toast and then hands memy recipe and my card and still does not say one thing. Not very welcoming. I get home and open my box to see the mosthorrendous thing. The ?avocado? looks like it?s painted on, it tasted like salt sour cream on sour dough. I?m not impressed. This used to be a nice place, Now just poor service, and rude Little girls work here, if you don't like your job. Nobody wants... you there, go home. And why does it take every employee to make a cup of coffee for the drive-through and not one employee atthe counter? Don't walk in they ignore you. Read more
The girls that work the drive through are incredibly RUDE!! Maybe next time you?re out of products, try apologizing for the... inconvenience instead of saying ?nope we?re out of that I can?t make it for you? And forget about trying to make anycustomizations to your food or coffee, they will ignore it every time and then give you steam when you ask for it to becorrected. Received a gift card from my office and I wish it would have come with warning to not buy the food, I should have gotten a tee... shirt or something. The food is pretty gross. Hash browns were rancid with old, old, oil, you could just smell it. Got anenormous sausage folded into a taco, and it tasted like something from a play dough factory toy, the donuts were kinda ok, Iguess. How to people sell food like this, it?s terrible, omg. My wife actually tried one of the hash browns and immediately spitit out. I can?t believe someone wants to make a living selling this horrible food. I guess it?s a lesson in sticking to localcafes like the butterfly cafe which is awesome. Read more
