Simply put these people don?t care about anything. No urgency, proportions are all off, attitude constantly every time I come... here (which is the last), and worst of all it?s almost as if they are annoyed that you asked them to do their job. If you don?tlike to work go somewhere else, if you don?t want to manage your employees don?t take the position, at the very least properlytrain them on how to scoop the ingredients. This location has gone DOWN HILL badly. I don?t write negative reviews, But this is the 4th time I?ve run into this and won?t be... back anytime soon. Online ordered, as normal they have it out pretty speedy! On this 4th time hoping the first 3 were a fluke,I opened my meal to have X5 pieces of chicken and HALF a scoop of rice. I pushed everything to one side and half my bowl wasempty and the other half didn?t even reach the top/lid of the bowl BEFORE I started eating. At $15 bucks with Guacamole, allhalf portions. 4th time in a row has me at a NO GO for here. Sad to see this once great location at the depths it?s at now. Read more

Man this place has gone way downhill lately. I used to eat here daily, now it's one of my last choices and after this last visit... I probably won't be back. The staff used to be awesome, and some of the girls are still great but not as many friendly facesanymore which honestly I don't even care about all that much as long as the food is good but my biggest complaint is the meat.Holy hell has the quality of their meat gotten bad. The past 2 times I've been I've had to throw my bowl away before I couldfinish it because the chicken and steak were so fatty/grisly and it's extremely unappetizing to be eating multiple bites ofthat. Used to be good here. I?ve tried really hard to never write a negative review. But today was the straw that broke the camels... back. I?ve spent so much money at this particular Locatiok over my many years in the area. I joke that my family should ownstock in Chipotle for how often eat there, at least 4x a week on average for many years. I have withstanded many many badexperiences because usually the food is decent enough to outweigh it. Unfortunately this location both the food and service hasincreasingly become less and less stellar over the past 2 years. Finally today the manager treated not only my family so badlybut I also watched how he treated the employee that helped me, that I absolutely cannot stand to return. We have gotten chipotle twice from this location on our way home. We weren't sure if the first time we were just starving or it... was really good but the second time it was just as good. And the staff was nice, and my favorite part was when I asked for saladdressing at the end (to go with my salad) the guy said of course how many would you like?!?! Every other chipotle I go to andask for an extra dressing they give you the worst look like how dare you ask for an extra dressing and are super reluctant togive you one. Read more
