My wife and I went to this location in Fort Collins today. My wife was in there for over 25 minutes waiting on our food to go.... She was frustrated and said they first screwed up the order, then they had to remake it and it took forever. She asked to speakto a manager and was told there was a miscommunication and the employee didn?t understand the order. It was one crispy chickenwrap and a 4 count chicken strips. That?s all! Nothing else. We?d been going to this location when we went to FC. Our orders arealways wrong each time we go. We?ve decided not to go there anymore. The staff all look like they?re in junior high. Service isa disaster. How can a busy place like the Fort Collins location not have the money to find decent help??? Yikes!! Read more
My first visit to Chick-fil-A. Their GF option for the salad I got was really good. I was there with a fairly large family... group and it worked out great--quick service, fresh greens in the salad, everyone got something they liked, helpfulcounter-person, etc. Read more
Amazing! I felt like I actually ate a good meal! They did not forget the straws or napkins and... The quality of food ( chicken)... was by far superior than McDonald's down the street. I will most definitely be back. Read more
Order 2 mac and cheeses. One small and one medium. Small was packed to the rim and the medium was only 1/2 full. Talked to a... manager and was told that?s what I paid for. Tried to explain Loveland and Brighton chickfilas don?t do this. Was told to eatthere since theirs is a different franchise owner. Completely disappointed with her uneducated response. Shouldn?t matter whoowns the restaurant, they all have to follow a corporate guideline. Read more
Except for the always, extremely long wait no complaints... always have amazing food and service. Kinda dislike how they have... someone get your order before you can even see the menu because I'm a very visual person and sometimes I want to try somethingnew but I never do. Same with kiddo, like to see and make choices without rush. It's weird to wait but then also be rushed andasked to order so far down in line. I guess the fact they're so good is why there's always a line, worth the wait When you havethe time. We just don't always have the time when we want it and or are close and needing a quick bite. It's fast, easy, accurate, reasonably priced, and convenient. I've tried everything they sell, multiple times, and it is all... good. I prefer the chicken nuggets. Wish they made them in spicy kind. Always clean and well kept. They do a great job ofkeeping everything moving smoothly. Which is an incredible feat considering the sheer number of customers they get on a dailybasis! The food quality diminishes during high peak times; such as when all the college kids are moving in, or on bad days during the... lunch rush. But the team's great demeanor really ties everything together. From the drive through that has tons of resourcesdumped into it to make it an enjoyable experience, to the flowers on the table when dining in, this location's team hasincredible synergy and skill. The building and parking itself could have some improvement, with it being a little tight attimes, but what matters, the food and who gives it to you, make this place deserving of 5 stars. Read more
I'm not from Colorado. But chcikfila has some of the most friendliest people in the food industry. Good is good as always. Nice... service. Good location. Will be earing here again. Only reason it's a four out of five is they are quite problematic with theirbeliefs. But still would eat here again Read more
