I normally don't for fast food leave a below 4 stars. But this experience was just not good. The whole place stunk of sulfur.... The men's bathroom was not clean at all. The smell alone made it a unpleasurable experience. The wait staff kept rushing us toorder when we were the only people in there. I will not be visiting location again. And just as clarification. You know how old you are when you almost always call Carls Jr. "Hardees" and to me, this place called Carls Jr. Is hands down... the best fast food breakfast. Mainly because of the obvious, biscuits and gravy. Food is always good, staff seems to be somewhatconsistant at this location, and as well as consistant, they are consistantly more helpful and friendly here at this location.Atmosphere is so so, hit and miss. I've been going here for years, but after today that ends. I had a question about my order that took them almost 15 minutes to... walk out to my car, and the girl from the drive-thru (who acts like she'd rather be anywhere else than there) blurted out anincoherent reply before turning on her heel and walking away in an irritated manner (Even as I shouted 'WHAT??" at her). If youdon't like dealing with customers and the public, find a job where you don't have to. I've seldom seen a drive-thru clerk whowas this rude. Read more
It took forever to download their app using their wifi on my android phone. Then once I finally logged into & opened the app, it... was confusing to order. Simplify & streamline it like McD's app. There was a spot for char broiled burgers but not all theburgers. Bcuz the double deal burgers were in a different category.
