Really good! Came here with our Club for breakfast today. We were all very pleased with our meals, our server was very... personable and fun to talk to. I want to come for dinner. We'll definitely be back! Came back 3 days later for dinner. I had theshredded beef chimi with green chile sauce, came with rice and beans. Awesome! My wife had chicken enchiladas with a cheesesauce that she really enjoyed also. The chicken was mildly spiced and very moist. We'll be regulars here! Read more

Since I live in a place where it is hard to find authentic Mexican food I always look forward to coming home to CO to eat! I started going to Cancun when they were located on Drake and Shields. Went there weekly, sometimes more. I was happy to... discover that they didn't close and had moved to a new location. Beautiful restaurant and decor. Still the same great food andfriendly staff! My absolute favorite dish is the molecajete. I would eat that every day if I could! Another favorite is theirqueso fundido. I have yet to have a bad experience at this establishment. They are great people and have great food. I grew upin Texas, so I'm picky about my Mexican food. This place definitely ranks up there with some of my all time favorite Mexicancuisine restaurants. I personally think Cancun is one of the best Mexican restaurants in Fort Collins.
