Reviews for Cafe Vino in Fort Collins, CO
We drove from South Dakota to Fort Collins for the weekend, found Cafe Vino online, it was only a 1 mile walk from our hotel in... old town and it was well worth it. The service was right on top of everything, the food was amazing I had the Duck, Duck, Mousseand my partner the Pork Belly Ravioli just perfectly cooked and presented. the stuffed date appetizer and our desserts added tothe night. The owners came over to say hello and offer a taste of after dinner wine and they were so nice. We will be back. Read more
Always a great experience at Cafe Vino. This last Thursday they hosted a group of about 8 of us. Wonderful food and drinks and... exceptional service. One server managed to get a preview of a Vegan burger the kitchen is working on to me for take out. Mywife loved it. Best meal she's had in a long while. Thank you Cafe Vino Read more

I have been to the Cafe for 13 years now...we had stopped going very often the last few years leading up to COVID because the... vibe had become a bit Too Cool For School. Management changed after COVID, and the Cafe is *transformed* into an accepting andpositive space to meet with friends and have an excellent time! The food is delectable, the wine flights and cocktails are thebest we've had in Fort Collins, the staff (we had long interactions with no less than four different servers / hosts throughoutour meal) are smart / helpful / professional / engaging, and the ambiance is bright and lively. Excellent music, notoverbearing or awkward, and supportive of the overall vibe...basically, the Cafe just works! We are so happy to see the changesthere, and strongly encourage the uninitiated to visit it for really any occasion. Excellent date spot, nice place to just havedrinks and small plates, and capable enough to have a formal outing or even a customized event in their separate dining space. Really, the Cafe feels like a home away from home. Read more
Upscale restaurant with a welcoming feel towards everyone… modern with a great atmosphere. Lauren and Chad were my people at... the bar and they were incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. Cafe Vino dinner menu is off the charts and it’s veryobvious that the chefs in the kitchen have it going on with their flavor parings. The wine list was very diverse and I didn’teven look at the Cellar Menu. For food, I had the Salmon Tar Tar (salmon belly/seaweed with rich tobiko) as an app and the PorkOsso Buco as my main dish. They had no problems converting the pork dish I had into a dairy free dish. The pork fell off thebone and the flavor pairings within the dish between the mustard seeds in the succotash and demi glaze were out of thisworld. If you pass through Ft. Collins without coming here, you are doing yourself and your pallet a disservice. Well done, CafeVino. I will certainly be coming back when I can. Read more
Last evening (October 5th) my wife Barbie and I spent our anniversary evening dining at Cafe Vino in Ft. Collins, Colorado.... Three years ago we were married there in the room to the left as you walk in the front door. It was amazing then and was amazingagain last evening. Owners Richard and Jennifer and managers Mark and Darin and all the staff there were so friendly andaccommodating, and made the evening so special for us. They even let me come in a few hours early to set up the table by thefireplace and kept it reserved for us. The food was outta this world amazing. You have to try their Spinach Mushroom TrufflePizza (a favorite of my wife, and now mine too) and their Cafe Vino Salad was so delicious. We finished dinner with a ToffeeDate Cake with Coconut Ice Cream. The food was fantastic. Thank you so much everyone for your wonderful and gracioushospitality! I don't think there was a single staff member that didn't come by our table and say happy anniversary during ourevening. You all made our anniversary one to remember! Thanks from the bottom of our hearts! Lu and Barbie Read more
On August 27th we had dinner at Cafe Vino, what a treat! We started with the bacon wrapped dates, if you've never tried them... you should. We were both going to have the lamb although the chef, Ryan Smith, came out to greet us and suggested to also trythe ravioli and pork belly. Oh my goodness my mouth was doing a happy dance! We shared bites from each others plates, the lambmelted in my mouth exploding with flavor. Honestly, it was the best meal I've had since I moved here from Maui 3.5 years agoand I typically go out to eat between 1 to 4 times a week. Ryan came back out to ask about our meal, we both toasted him withour wine. Desert was excellent as well. The best dining experience, thank you Cafe Vino for a memorable evening! Read more
Came here just for desert after eating at the whiskey still. Had the creme brulee, chocolate cake and 2 hot teas. Cute place... with an extensive drink menu. The actual food looked pretty limited and niche to me but since I didn't come there to have a fullmeal it didn't turn me off the place c: Thank you Mike for taking care of my partner and I c: Read more
