I ordered a Whopper Jr. with cheese medium fries and a large unsweetened tea. They either forgot to or ran out of lettuce... tomatoes pickles and onions for the sandwich. They put no ice in my tea. No salt on the fries. And the bun was stale. I triedcalling to confirm whether or not the missing items were from lack of stock but no one answered the phone and of course when heasked if I wanted the receipt I said no, trusting my food would be in order because it didn't seem like they were busy. What Ireceived was a regular double cheese burger with ketchup. Even though the staff was friendly I was compelled to leave a reviewbecause no one answered the phone to confirm why I didn't receive what I payed for. Read more
They added the option for lettuce and tomato at no extra cost, this is great. Now they need more healthy options, like salad... choices. Read more
Was told the receipt printer was broken, but cashier offered to write down the transaction for me. Then I received my food in... less than a minute even though there was a line in the drive thru. Food was fresh and piping hot, dining area was not filthy butnot immaculate either, there were a lot of flies. Read more
I went through drive-through at 9 PM on the 24th July 2022 had An amazing experience with the drive-through cashier he was hard... worker with above and beyond went the extra mile to make sure that we had what where it needed this company should pay attentionto this employee is a strong asset! I would give it a 0 if possible, I don?t write reviews, this place has gotten my order wrong almost every time I?ve gone here... over the course of 3 years. I keep coming back because I love Burger King hoping they have gotten better help or figured it outbut this is the last time I will be going because my burger was cold immediately after I received it this time? Burger king is playin playin. I ordered a chicken sandwich from the two for 10 meals. I was given an old sandwich which was soft... and cool to the touch. I asked for my food to be made fresh and the guy who came to the door says I'll see if I can have thatdone. I politely told Mr. Josh he could definitely have it done. I work with food, I think I know left overs when i see them.Come on BK I didn't come from California for this. ........ 5 mins later. My sandwich is re cooked. Lol man test run youremployees please. My whopper felt light, turned out I was given half a burger... does that mean I get half off?? Worst chicken sandwich. Crispy... chicken doesn't fit in the bun, so there's an inch of bread circling. They forgot to mention they were out of lettuce. One sadtomato slice. And soooo much mayo. I don't need a bite of mayo and bread. I wish I could get my money back. Read more
Went thru the drive thru after work around 8pm on a Saturday night. The microphone was broke so I waited in line to order at the... second window. After about 15 minutes I was at the window and ordered a bacon king burger. I got my burger in about 30 seconds.I started eating it right away as I was pulling out because I was famished. DISGUSTIN. NOT BUSSIN! cold and soggy bacon. Cheesewas cold and not melted. Meat dry and charred tasting. Bun crumbly and dry. I liked the ketchup on it, however. Made my stomachvery upset after just the 3 bites I had. Probably the raw bacon.. they literally just didn't even care to give out a somewhatedible sandwich. Disappointment in my heart towards you burger KING. I EXPECT BETTER FROM THE KING OF BURGERS.
