Absolutely the most uncooperative Burger King in town. . . Fort Collins has three Burger Kings two of which had no shakes... available the third one was unable to honor a coupon I had. . . You would think managers strive for customer satisfaction. But Iguess their main objective is to blame the lack of employees, lock the front doors so no customers can have a relaxed diningroom experience as the reasons relating to the problems. If I was able to give zero Stars I would do so. . Burger King alwayshad the flavor over McDonald's but what's the flavor with no customer satisfaction. Read more

They usually do a decent job, (forgetful) have been Slacking, procrastinating or whatever. Getting thru the drive through is a... nightmare. ???? To top it all off, my kid ordered a bacon ???? king.. Used to be my go to BK but in the last week on two different times That I went there for breakfast sandwich The drive thru was... blocked by cones So no drive thru service. I went on in after work around 9 pm and grabbed the new Bacon King combo. What I received was a dried out, smashed bun burger... with no real amount of bacon at all. The bacon itself was dried pieces broken up. It was the furthest thing from deliciousbacon. It was gross. I actually just removed the burnt bacon, eating only half and throwing it away having to make an sandwichand then end my night. It was basically a waste of $13. I'm very upset about this. I can't believe the picture I'm sharing iswhat they gave me as my meal. I'm wholly disappointed. Wade and Anthony were awesome, hot fresh food and even though it was busy and they were only 2 guys they held it together... never got upset were able to whip out good hot food. These two guys definitely deserve a raise!!!!! Read more
