First time here. Pretty good options and choice of sides on their menu. You can also choose from 5-6 heat levels with 6 being... BLAZING and comes with additional warnings! The restaurant is pretty big and they keep it clean. Their customer service fromthe cooks to the counter person was helpful, positive and genuinely seemed to like their job. One of the best hot chicken sandwiches around. I ordered mine with the Blazin, signed the waiver, and dove right in. A very... delicious piece of chicken on a nicely buttered sweet roll. The comeback sauce is outstanding and the addition of pickles helpedto cool it all down. Disclaimer: I?m a big fan of heat, so this really wasn?t that hot to me. It had a nice tongue tingle andmade my nose sniffle a little, but I wouldn?t say it was dangerously hot that it needed a waive. Most importantly, however,could taste the meal, so nice job y?all! This Nashville hot chicken sandwich stacks up well with other places in town, with good spice levels and tender meat. A couple... things that bring the rating down a bit: 1) while the chicken is juicy, flavor is lacking slightly; 2) the entrées are prettypricey for not coming with a side Overall, I would come back here and try one of the other items (I?ve heard the burrito isgreat) but this place doesn?t quite compete for the number one Nashville chicken spot in town. Edit: I came back here to trythe burrito, and the four stars stands. The burrito has different textures but the flavor is very one note. Also very messy anddifficult to eat. Not sure why this place has such great reviews. I came on a Sunday evening about 6:45 and ordered 2 entrees, 2 sides, and a... single lemonade for an overpriced total of $40. Not only did I have to wait 30 minutes to receive my food, when it did arriveone side(fries) was cold and I didn't receive my other side, fried jalapeno, until 10 minutes later (40 mins time sinceorder)...to top it all off they have the nerve to sell a "large" lemonade for a whopping $4.....
