Don't get me wrong because I usually love Arby's, but this location in north Ft Collins was pretty bad. Since only the drive... through was opened, we sat in the line for 15 minutes only to find out that they were out of roast beef for the next 20 minutes. So since I was stuck in the line and couldn't get out I ordered a chicken bacon Swiss sandwich with the rest of my order. Bothof our chocolate shakes had chocolate syrup all over the outside of the cup and my order had a gyro instead of the sandwich Iordered. Even the Euro had way too much sauce and it was a mess. Went through drive through tonight wanted a beef and cheddar sandwich and a large orange cream sickle shake. Simple enough... right? Apparently it was too difficult of an order because when I got home I had a beef sandwich with no cheddar nothing.Absolutely disappointed in the quality of my order. How the heck do you get a simple order screwed up. I'm too exhausted to evengo all the way back out there. I get up at 4am for work. Only thing that was correct was my dang shake. Read more
The Arby's on North College in Fort Collins has the worst drive thru service. They don't know yhe products and don't get the... orders right. They also argue with the customer. I was so unhappy with the service. I would never recommend this specificArby's restaurant. Read more
I ordered a classic roast beef sandwich, I had to repeat myself three different times just for them to give me a beef and... cheddar. For the record, the beef and cheddar sandwich is absolute trash. If you want someone to actually pay attention to yourorder and you want your food correct go to a different restaurant. This ain?t it. Trash. Read more
Stopped in on a road trip around 10:30 am. I was the only person in the restaurant. It was clean, tables were wiped down and... garbages emptied. The Reuben Sandwich was pretty tasty while the bread could have been toasted a little bit longer. The frieswere hot, crispy and delicious - with some Arby's sauce. Read more
Cleanest "fast food" place I've ever seen! Manager and crew busy cleaning and checking on guests. These guys are amazing!
