I had an issue with a guy named Matt publicly humiliating me over having to use change to buy stuff (keep in mind this has... happened on multiple occasions so I tried rolling it or it being lose. I offered to step aside and count it out so he didn?thave to and keep in mind this isn?t pennys the lowest I went was nickels because I?ve put thought into not being humiliated evenmore then I had felt already but it?s on hard times and I try to make it not complicated for the person working.) I don?tnormally let this stuff affect me but being publicly humiliated to me to a point I left crying that?s the kind of line you don?tcross. You get payed to cash people out and I know DAM well I am not the worst in the line. So teasing me cause I?m using Changeis just unnecessary. Read more
Had an unpleasant experience involving employee Matt on Friday November 4th. In that interaction I wanted to use part of some... rolled change to complete my payment and Matt told me that he doesn't except rolled change for payment, when I told him thatColorado state law statute 11-61-102 requires retailers to accept all US currency it obviously upset him and he replied with hehas the right to refuse me service and I needed to leave or he would trespass me. I made contact with management the nextmorning and they were very apologetic and was told my business was welcome and the issue would be handled. Last night Mondaythe 7th around 545pm I brought groceries up to the counter and immediately employee Matt says " I've refused you service leave".I made attempts to contact management to try to understand what happened without any calls back. This is the second time I havebeen publicly diminished and embarrassed in this store by this employee in less than a week.its upsetting to me that my familyand friends go to every single day and I personally have gone to since moving here in 1998 and now the experience is ruined byemployee Matt. I am leaving this feedback hoping that management can use it to change the experience for other customers so theydon't have to go through a similar situation. FYI this all began over refusing me the option to pay .37 cents from a role ofpennies. Read more
No good customer service and no restroom for public.
The store was clean and the staff seems reasonably nice and happy. However, no food prepared in the entire store. Smh.
This location IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I gave the cashier an extra penny to round up my 10¢ back. She HAD NO CLUE WHAT I WAS... DOING!!!!! I assume she has FINGERS AND TOES to help count????!! PATHETIC Read more
It's like the gas station of misfit employees... which would be fine if they could do their jobs. Prioritizing stocking... cigarettes over customer service seems incorrect, but is consistently an issue. I feel like I'm always having to ask them torefill the iced coffee. Every. Freaking. Time.
