Can't give a receipt for gas, when price on the sign is 3.91 and the cheapest bliss uncle price at the pump is 4.31. Is this... even legal? Shouldn't the customer get the cheapest price at the pump. This has made 7-elecen mynlast choice for gas orconvenience needs Read more
This store would probably fit right in Calcutta. What a slum, dirty, out dated food on the aisle. I picked up a candy bar that... was almost a year out of date. The food area was disgusting. The soda machine does not have the mix correct on the Diet Pepsiand it tastes terrible. Need to bulldoze this location and let someone else try. Read more
Not only was the bathroom disgusting but it was out of toilet paper and soap. But the clerk wouldn't get off her phone and was... mumbling about the 2 Buffalo chicken roller bites I wanted. Said something about Jalepeno and said that's fine. She gave me twotornados instead. I said that's not I wanted. She started to get an attitude and said something else about not being ready. Isaid I see 5 roller bites right here. She rolled her eyes and said they aren't ready. I said there was no need for the attitudeand her and the store manager shouted some stuff as I left. Ok, so I work in the service industry and am very understanding about things. However tonight I stopped in and the store was a... DISASTER. Now I don't fully blame the cashier but there were some pistachios that were EXACTLY the same package, weight, andflavor. I asked him what the price was because if this happens in any other store the lowest marked price is always honored. Hewas extremely short and said i can't change anything. The price was the higher amount so I mentioned that it was amisrepresentation Of the price of stocked items and didn't make a big deal. I had been looking around the store and found therewere no fresh items like cold sandwiches, grill items, or doughnuts which i might have liked instead. In fact the shelves werepretty bare. The store was pretty dirty and disheveled overall. Guess poor management is to blame. Have had issues with serviceand mislabeled items in this store in the past as well. Great location, lots of pumps but sullen, TERRIBLE service. I am surprised that 7-11 continues to allow their name on this gas... station. Note: They do not put receipt paper at any of the pumps (and never have.) You will have to go in (no social distancinghappening) and wait in the food line in order to get a receipt. There is a language barrier and the clerk has no interest inhelping. Why is he so busy with his phone? Weird. Read more
Ever since the change shortage has happened. This particular 711 won?t give you back all your change if you pay. They don?t even... apologize they just short you all your change.
