I always review every Starbucks I go to its my thing. I want to really give a special shout out to this one in particular. Not... only are they always super busy but the experience I had there recently was above and beyond. This was on a Wednesday and therewere 3 or 4 girls working and a young man. All of them were super sweet and polite. My clumsy self knocked over my fresh madecold brew and it went every where! I will say the table was off balance but still I'll take the blame. I went up to ask thegirl making the coffees if I could have a towel to clean it. I was expecting an eye roll but instead she told me don't worryabout it I'll send someone to clean it. She also asked me what I was drinking and made me a brand new coffee. The young mancame over and cleaned up my mess he was so sweet about it I really appreciate all the employees being so kind despite how busythey were. Read more
Gave three stars because I've walked in too many times to the store opening late or closing early. It's easy to change temporary... hours on Google, so I know to go somewhere else. When they update their schedule I'll change my review. Also I learned I cansuggest time changes to Google. 2 star for maximum laziness Read more
Amazing, love this place and the staff, they always do 110%, busy and is open early for when the soldiers do pt, get out of pt,... and heading to work. Since theyre so popular and busy sometimes they run out of promo stuff but they can always find yousomething else, and if you don't like anything they'll make you something else you do like (for free) just like everywhere elseyou have to be patient and understanding that they might take longer sometimes but its small and busy. And families come in alot so they get multiple drinks in a single order and to make sure you get exactly what you want and are satisfied, they takeeach customer with a smile and as much help as they need. And starbucks is really complicated so don't get mad if staff doesn'tknow, make sure you always have a recipe though if its secret menu. Read more
I love this Starbucks! All the staff is amazing and took the time to remember me and my son. I have been going here since I was... pregnant and they all get so excited when I come in with him to see how he has grown. Bethanie is a huge reason why I come tothis location. She is an incredible manager and has grown to be a friend as well. I feel at home when I come here and I alwayslovd the atmosphere whenever I walk in! Read more
