Jimmy John's is always fast and friendly, even during the lunch rush hour. Since it's inside the shopette, you can also grab... other snacks or convenience items while waiting on your order. I went here because it?s right down the road. First time it took them 20 mins to make my sub. This was during lunch time so I... figured they were super busy. Sweet tea is soured by afternoon. Waited longer than 45 minutes for them to travel a few blocks. They forget items on my order.... They don't pay attention to a customized order and never seem to get it right. This establishment needs a management and staffadjustment. So this is for the location next to Firestone. I?ve always enjoyed the food, and when able to interact with staff it?s always... been pretty good. I?m not sure if it?s a staffing issue or not but on multiple occasions the past few months I?ve shown upeither in drive through or walking in and been told there out of bread, or just plane closed. This happens sometimes as earlyas 7pm and hours are till 10pm. Other times I?m told it?s delivery only, which is confusing in its self. I could only assumeif this business was being run off post these would not be the case. Just seems to be happening more recently. Read more
